The heat feature is terrific!!! It gives you a subtle but worthwhile massage. Perfect for couples who can't physically do back massages all the time!!

The heat feature and the variety of interchangeable heads
Cons:
The battery life wasn't spectacular. It could have used a little more power to do the massages.
