It just wants you to get close.

I like this product a lot. Love it, in fact. It's in the top products I've used for hair removal and I would reccommend it to anyone who shaves. I DO prefer another product over this one, but it's almost a tie. Wet really did something wonderful with this product!

Use

This is a basic shaving cream that serves your shaving needs. It is made more like a lotion with moisturizers that make shaving your intimate areas far more comfortable than even the best shaving creams at your typical drug store. It's basic, so it probably could be unisex, apart from the girly scent.

This is formulated to give a great shave and sooth sensitive skin, but works well on all areas of the body, so don't be afraid to experiment. I've used it all over and had great results. It's not as versatile as Coochy, but it's definitely better than what I was using before. I'd say the two brands could be right up there with eachother of the top creams I've used for shaving.

This isn't one of those hypo-allergenic, super safe products without parabens and whatforth, so definitely pay attention to the ingredients and be cautious if you have sensitive skin.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This feels much like a slippery lotion. It isn't foamy in the least, but it will cover your shaving areas. It glides on slick and smooth and spreads easily without being runny. It didn't seem as thick as Coochy, but it was thick enough to stay put during the shaving process. This product comes in a tube that you squeeze, you it dispenses easily without any issues. As far as anything left behind, it rinsed clean. I honestly can't complain about the texture itself and I found it to be quite pleasant. My legs (and other areas) were very smooth and silky after using this. My skin didn't feel greasy at all. Do be careful when dispensing, because it does have a tendency to give that initial "gloop" which is usually more than I need for one area of shaving. I usually shake my tube then hold it to the side to dispense the product.

Taste / Aroma

I cannot say anything about the way this product tastes, as I've not encountered such a thing. My advice is to not eat it. Sadly I'm sure some people may just try. The scent is very nice, though. It's a bit girly, so men who are wanting to borrow this from their lady friends may find themselves smelling a bit fruity. There are products out there geared toward men, so they aren't missing out on much. I personally really enjoyed the smell of this cream. It's not overpowering, but strong enough that I am glad it smells GOOD. The smell doesn't really stay with you after using it, but that's okay since it won't clash with whatever lotions or perfumes you wear. As far as describing the scent, I would compare it to a slightly candied strawberries and cream scent. It's not a natural berry scent, but rather something you'd smell in a lip balm or lotion type of product.

Performance

In a nutshell, I loved how this worked. I have been using Coochy and to be honest, I do like it better. My reasons being are that Coochy shaving products seem to be able to double as other things. I've used it as a lotion, in my hair, to shave. So on. I also like that they have multiple scents. Now, as a shave cream, I say the two products are equal. Inttimo gave me a close, clean shave that left me smooth the next day. My razor bumps were not nearly as bad and the skin itself felt a lot smoother than with my regular shaving cream.

The product dispenses easily, which is a good thing, but you may want to be careful to make sure that you don't just pour half the tube out. The product is like a lotion, so it spreads evenly over your skin. You will see the product turn into a clear oily film. This is fine. That is exactly what you want to shave with. It's normal for the product to spread this way and a little goes a long way. If you spread the product too thick, your razor will try to gum up a bit. Between the hair and the oils, the product won't rinse as easily. Once you use it, you'll know exactly what I mean. It rinses clean and leaves my skin feeling silky, not greasy. I have even used it like a lotion on some dry spots.

I love this cream and I would definitely purchase it again. It smells great, performs great, and does exactly what it claims to do. It's a bit pricy, but definitely worth it!

Packaging

The product I bought came in a purple tube with a flip-top cap. This works just fine, as you store it on the cap, assuring the product always dispenses nicely. There is no outer box or anything that gives information about the product. Everything you need to know is on the tube itself. I really don't think the package is discreet, but does it really need to be? That said, I also don't think the product would travel well. My lid was a bit leaky and the cap sometimes flipped open too easily. There may be other packaging options that would fit your needs better. I do wish they had something a bit more secure, though.

Special Features

I can't really say that there are any special features. What I will say is that this product does exactly what it claims. It's intended for a woman's bikini area. This works great for this purpose, minimizing the bumps, chafing and irritation that typically comes with shaving that area. I guess this could be a special feature.

Personal comments

I really enjoyed this shaving cream and I would suggest it in a heartbeat. I hate shaving, but I also hate waiting for waxes and products like this make shaving at least a little more bearable. This isn't an ultra-safe product and COULD cause irritation, so I will give a list of the ingredients as they are listed.

Thank you for reading. It is worth a try. I prefer Coochy myself, but I wouldn't cry about using Inttimo at all.
