JO maximizer - cream discontinued by System JO - review by Miss Anonymous

The JO maximizer was created for women. We as women my sometimes feel that maybe our breasts aren't large enough, or our butt isn't full enough. That's where this cream comes in handy. The Jo Maximizer is a cream that can be used daily to help produce "Adipocyte (adypocites), also known as lipocytes and fat cells, which are the cells that primarily compose adipose tissue and are specialized in storing energy as fat" (from Wikipedia). It also helps with toning and firming. It's non-hormonal, so you don't have to worry about it interfering with the natural hormones within your body. The JO maximizer should only be used on your breasts and butt. It's perfect for yourself or someone you know.

I love the texture and consistency of the JO maximizer. It's a little thicker then I was expecting. It's thicker than your average lotion, but a little thinner than the normal body butter. When you are rubbing it into your skin, it does take a little rubbing in. It doesn't just dry up into the skin like some lotions would; you actually have to rub it in, and it can take some time if you put too much on. The JO maximizer does stay in place, and you don't have to worry about it running all over the place before you can rub it in. You can pour some into your hand and it won't move an inch. When pouring it out of the bottle, you don't have to worry about it tipping over and just running out. You have to give the bottle a little squeeze in order to get some out of the bottle. The JO maximizer is very creamy, and you don't have to worry about it leaving your skin feeling oily or sticky.

The JO maximizer doesn't have a smell to it, and that was surprising. I was expecting it to have some type of smell but there wasn't. If you're worried about smell, you don't have to worry because this won't irritate your nose or make you sneeze. The product is not labeled as edible, and I personally didn't taste this lotion. I don't recommend tasting it. If you happen to get a small amount into your mouth our eyes, you should flush the area with cold/cool water. If for some freak reason you end up drinking it, you should contact poison control as soon as possible. Remember, this is not edible!

The JO maximizer cream comes inside of a 4.5FL oz bottle. It isn't a very large bottle but, because it's intended to be used on only two areas of the skin, it should last you a few months. I've used mine for almost a week and I haven't even put a dent in the bottle. I use mine twice a day - once in the morning and once in the afternoon. When using the JO maximizer, I only use about a quarter sized amount for each breast and my butt. You may need to use a little more or a little less, depending on the size of your breasts and butt. When needing to wash it off, I was able to use just a wet cloth. You won't need to jump into the shower or anything; you can if you want, but it isn't really necessary.

The JO maximizer comes inside of a clear bottle with a pink logo. It's very discreet, and can sit on your dresser along with your other daily body creams. The package does have some information on the back, but most of it is the list of ingredients. The bottle has a pop top that is easy to open with one hand. You don't have to worry about the bottle leaking when stored away or when traveling. It's very discreet and light weight so, when carrying it, it won't weigh down your bag. The label doesn't tell you how often to put the cream on, so I just decided to put it on twice a day like most creams tell you to do.

The JO maximizer does have a very long list of ingredients and, just like with any product, you should read the ingredients carefully. If you are unsure what you may and may not have a reaction to, you should perform a spot test. You should put a small amount on your inner wrist and rub it in. You should wait to see if you have any type of reaction before applying it to a large area of your body. If you don't notice anything right away, but over time do have problems, you should discontinue use right away.

Jo maximizer does contain glycerin, and some people are sensitive to it. I've recently learned from Cosmetics Cop that glycerin has no proven increased benefit for skin. In fact, "pure glycerin (100% concentration) on skin is not helpful and can actually be drying, causing blisters if left on too long, as it can increase water loss by attracting water from the lower layers of skin (dermis) into the surface layers of skin (epidermis) where the water can easily lost into the environment"...Who knew?

I do like the Jo maximizer for the purpose of moisturizing the skin but, as for most items that claim to be an enhancing cream, I don't see this as something that can increase the size of your bust or butt. It could be because I've only been using it for a short amount of time, but I haven't seen any change in the size of my bust or butt. I'm hoping that it's something that you have to be using for a while before seeing any type of change. I have my doubt when it comes to items like this, and I would love for it to work, but I guess for now I will be playing the waiting game to see if there is any change. But, like I said, it makes a wonderful moisturizing cream. I can put some on in the morning, and I don't have to worry about my skin feeling dry. I can't wait to write my 2 month follow up review. I'm hoping I have some awesome news to report, but until then I'll keep applying it to my skin.
