Just like kindergarden, it's best if you don't eat the paint!

As just a body paint these are okay. They come with four colors in the pack, go on easily and wash off very well. The edible part of these paints are the real drawback. They do not taste or smell good and nobody wants to make a bad face while licking paint off their partner's body, that kind of thing will get you in to trouble that blaming the paints won't get you out of. So save yourself the suffering and look elsewhere for edible body paints.

Use

Tasty Body Paints are great for wanting to paint things on your own or your partner's bodies. The four colors that come in the pack can create an endless array of designs if your imagination is good.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Tasty Paints have a smooth and fairly greasy feel to them. This helps to spread them around very easily and it takes them 5-10 minutes to really begin drying. This can be a problem because, until they dry, and to a lesser degree after they dry, everything the paint touches, it will rub off on. This includes your partner, sheets carpet, blankets, etc. this can make cleaning up a real chore. To date we have had no problems getting the paint out of sheets or anything else by simply washing as normal but it is still a little annoying. Once the paint dries it feels very crusty on your skin and so every time you move it cracks and pulls at you.

Taste / Aroma

From the title you could probably tell that I was not at all fond of the edible qualities of these paints. To begin with they pretty much all taste the same, which is very sweet, like artificial sweetener is the main ingredient. So after putting some on her I began to lick them off, but had to stop after just a second because I felt as if I would be sick if I kept going. Between the greasy texture and the sweetness you can eat just a very tiny amount before you feel queasy. There is definitely a smell to the paints, as well, which is not very bad but very noticeable and not that pleasant when you're having sex. If you are looking for a body paint you can lick off of each other, I would not recommend these at all.

Performance

After you are done playing with your paints, the paint left on your body does wash off fairly easily with just soap and water. Even after leaving it on for over 45 minutes it washed off clean, without staining the skin at all, as some other paints we have tried did.

Packaging

The packaging of these paints is not the best either, each bottle has a little cap that you have to pull off and then just shove the tab back in the tube to cap it off. These tabs can easily come out if you store the tubes in a drawer where something else can hit them. I really wish they would have used screw caps on the tubes since they would have secured so much better.
Follow-up commentary
The taste of these body paints led us to not want to use them again. After sitting in our drawer for a while, due to the terrible cap design, the tubes began to leak and so we just threw them all away. In short, save your money and look for other types of body paints.
