When I first received the product, my thought was “Cute packaging… small product.” Now, I know the description clearly states that it is 0.75 oz, but for $17, your mind automatically thinks more. It is however, a sturdy glass bottle and real cork stopper, in a neat little tin. Very adorable. I tested a small amount first on the back my hand. It is not thick oil, and glides on smoothly. It also rubs in without leaving an oil slick on your skin. Breathing lightly on my hand created a desired warming effect, as did continuous rubbing. It did rub in easily, and while it still feels silky smooth, it doesn’t glide quite easy enough without additional application. The oil also has a light pleasant smell, and I braved the scare and tasted it off my hand as well. It is a soft sweet taste, not overpowering at all. It took hubby quite a while to get interested in a massage with oil. He’s usually not fond of the slickness and heaviness that is left on his skin. Finally convincing him that I didn’t experience any of this in my test, he succumbed. Now, anyone who has participated in a sensual massage knows that you don’t go directly for the goods. The teasing and longing is part of the pleasure. I started by massaging his back and buttocks, then down his legs, paying distinct attention to his inner thighs, not only with my hands, but by breathing softly on him and then trailing my hair along his heated skin. When I finally had him turn over to massage his chest, he was definitely enjoying himself. Also, I wasn’t worried much about my sheets, or hair. If you rub the massage oil in first, it shouldn’t transfer. Worried that a deep massage on his chest would use up too much of my precious oil, I hurried through, and began to massage his erect manhood. He did inform me he could feel the heat, but that it wasn’t unpleasant. Breathing on him and using the oil for a hand-job lubricant didn’t defeat him however. It rubs in just a little too quickly. All in all, I enjoyed the product but wasn’t amazingly impressed. The qualities that make it nice (rubbing in well, not transferring) also make it hard to use for extended massage oil. You bring up a good point that this is really a little too pricey for a full-body massage. I like to use it to pinpoint areas like the back of the neck, temples, and genitals, and "fill in" with a more traditional massage oil for the rest of the body.
