Pjur makes some of the best lubricants and personal care products on the market, and this product is no different. Most toy and personal cleaners are anti-bacterial and require you to wipe when you're done cleaning whatever you're cleaning. This product only needs wiping "if necessary." I've found the best and most sanitary way to clean a toy is to rinse it first and then spray this product. Air drying prevents cross contamination from towels.

The greatest feature of this spray is that it's anti-viral. The bottle's label indicates it can be used for an "anti-viral effect against lipophilic, enveloped viruses." As someone who is germaphobic and tries to keep as clean as possible, this is a huge plus for me. The bottle also indicates this product can be used on bacterial or fungal infections, though I didn't have any at the time of trial so I can't speak directly to this. This product can also reduce body odor to a certain extent given that bacteria is a large contributor to odors.

There is little to no smell to this product and also very little taste. You can spray it on yourself and your toys to be the cleanest you can be. The spray is light, not greasy, dries fast and leaves no annoying residue other than a slightly moisturized feeling.

The small bottle is easy to handle and the pump spray nozzle is easy for application of the product. For the price it's a smaller bottle, but that also means it's easy to fit in your hand and easy to take with if you're traveling. Nothing on the bottle screams "I'm a sex toy cleaner!"

This product is designed for external use only and may be used on mucous membranes. Being dermatologically tested means you can trust this product will not irritate your skin or cause more harm than good.

Pjur is known for high quality products and this Pjur Med Clean is no different. While this is no substitute for using condoms to maintain cleanliness, it is a great aftercare product to use in addition to regular proper sanitation like cleaning toys before and after use and using condoms when swapping toys between partners or going from anal to vaginal use.
