Liquid V - gel by Body Action - review by Dawn (Lilac Distraction)

Liquid V claims to provide enhanced sensitivity to the clitoris and to heighten sexual arousal. It advertises that it provides a cooling sensation followed by a warm, tingling one which increases blood flow to the area to amplify sensitivity and pleasure. All you need to do is apply just a drop or two on a finger and rub it in or apply directly to the clitoris before sexual stimulation. It comes in a 10ml bottle which seems small but will last a while because a little goes a long way and you only need a drop at a time.

This product would work for solo or partner use. It can be used to put a little extra excitement into lovemaking and foreplay or make your alone time more intense. Have your partner rub some into your clitoris while they are getting you all warmed up or sneak a dab on to get things going so you can pounce on them and be ready for some fun.

I have not personally used this for oral but it claims to have a mint flavor which may be attributed to the menthol in the formula. I have used it with a vibrator and with manual clitoral stimulation and both have worked well and heightened my experience.

Liquid V contains a small amount of ingredients including menthol, L-arginine, methylparaben, propylparaben which may cause irritation in those with sensitivities to certain products but it is glycerine free which is a bonus for those who are prone to getting yeast infections.

Liquid V is a gel-like formula which is not too messy and stays put where you need it. It does not stay slick as it absorbs into the skin quickly to give the most effective experience so you don't need to worry about things slipping all over the place if you don't want them to. Once absorbed, it does not leave behind any trace of stickiness or greasiness.

Liquid V has a touch of a minty taste and smell due to the menthol in the formula. When the product is on my clitoris I can't smell it at all and didn't notice any type of scent when applying it. The only time I could smell anything is when I put a dab on my finger and smelled it. The taste is also barely there so it won't be too incredibly noticeable if a partner decided to perform oral after this stuff is absorbed.

I was very excited to try this stuff because I saw that it had incredible ratings on here and customers in my adult novelty store are always asking about it. As soon as a bottle landed in my hands I had my pants down and was ready to get down to business. My partner was just as excited as I was for me to try Liquid V.

I applied one drop to my finger as the label indicated rubbed it into my clit. Within about 30 seconds I started to feel a cooling sensation. It felt a lot like I had placed an ice cube directly on it. The cooling feeling reached its peak in about a minute but started to decrease. By about two or three minutes is was just about gone and there was no tingling or warming sensation like the product advertises. I didn't feel any additional stimulation or sensation. I tried two drops about five minutes after the first application. I had the same cooling effect come and go in the same amount of time. While the cool sensation was added a touch of something different I didn't feel incredibly stimulated or notice too much of a difference in performance. I think I applied it about 5 or 6 times in 45 minutes because it kept wearing off. My partner got some on the head of his penis and said it he didn't even notice and and couldn't feel anything

I think this may be effective as mental stimulation because if you are expecting to feel more turned on and stimulated it will give you physical effects by getting you in the mood. I think I was more mentally stimulated than physically. It made me excited to hop into bed and get down to business even though the product didn't necessarily give me the experience I had hoped for.

The good part of it is that it requires no clean up so you won't have to wash it off. I personally don't like my clit to be slippery and this rubs right in within a minute.

Overall, the cool feeling added a bit more sensation for the couple minutes it lasted but I could have gotten a similar experience from using a cold object. I'll say that this stuff does work and you can feel it but it did not work as I had expected it to and I was a bit disappointed.

Liquid V comes in a tiny little bottle so it is portable. You can keep one in your purse, car or pocket for any time you want a little stimulation. The packaging describes the usage on it so it's not entirely discreet enough to leave out on the counter but if it falls out of your purse and pick it up it shouldn't be too obvious. The applicator allows for a drop at a time so it is easy to measure or count your drops, as well.

I don't think Liquid V was as exciting for me as I had hoped it would be but every woman is different so it may (and has been shown to) work better for others. We all like different sensations and the cooling/tingling/warming doesn't really do much for me but it may send other women up the wall with pleasure.
