Little less sparkle and we would be good to go

The Plane Friendly Travel Kit is a bit of good and bad. The body lotion was way to sparkly for me. But the hand lotion and bath gel where totally win.

useful review
I know that I have said it many times, but I am a bath product junky big time. I just love the stuff and have it all over the place. But it has to be food scents or I'm just not that into it. Just very much not my thing. Some of my lovers get into it and others just think it's one of the very few very girly things that I do.

I picked up the Plane Friendly Travel Kit because I wanted to try out these new scents that Eden is carrying in and this was the best way to get the chance to try out a few new things all at once. The set all comes in a plastic travel case that you can take one air planes without homeland security having a shit fit about it. Each of the little bottles is plastic with a flip top. Each bottle is 2.2 fluid ounces. There is a bottle of sparkly lotion and bath gel of the scent Desserted Island, which was my favorite of the scents. It's a mix of vanilla, coconut and mango. There is also a bottle of the sparkly lotion and bath gel of It's a Slice which smells just a bit like an orange dream bar mixed with a touch of spices. There is also a bottle of hand lotion that has the scent Milk Made that smells a lot like cake fondant. All the goodies in the kit are made out of a mix of water (aqua), glycerin, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, dimethicone, stearic acid, althaea officinallis (marshmallow) extract, milk lipid, mangifera indica (mango) seed butter, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea Butter), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Parfum (fragrance), carbomer, sodium hydroxide, tetrasodium EDTA, glycerin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, sunflower (helianthus annuss) seed oil, cocos nucifera (coconut oil), macadamia integrifolia seed oil, mangifera indica (mango) seed butter, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, ceteareth-20, cetearyl alcohol, isopropyl palmiate, dimethicone, vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), aloe barbadensis leaf juice, parfum (fragrance), phenoxyethanol (and) caprylyl glycol (and) sorbic acid, carbomer, triethanolamine, bezophenone-3, tetrasodium EDTA, DMDM hydantoin, CI 15985 (yellow 6), and CI 16035 (red 40).

As I said, my favorite of the scents was the Desserted Island. The others where just ok for me, but not the kind that I would just get rid of, but I would use before I would use others to just go through them. The bath gel was actually a very high quality. It would only take a little bit in the bath puff to wash my whole body. The lotion was just ok, but it's that I am just not a big fan of the sparkly body lotions, they get all over cloths and everything.

The hand lotion was wonderful. It's light but still very strong. It's very velvety on the skin and isn't greasy at all.

Well, I know what ones I want to get in the full sized bottles.

  • Best bubble bath?
    • Although I'm doing well in keeping my relationship 'spicy' I want to add more romance. As most of you know sometimes relationships can be a bit mundane as you start to have a routine. We unfortuneatly (most of us) forget to be spontaneous and romantic as well without having the same old.
My girlfriends LOVES baths, and really likes bubble baths. We're moving into a new apartment, after living with family for a bit.. where there is no bathtub, and I would love to have a nice dinner and then a bubble bath with her.
Anyways, getting to the point, I like bubble bath liquids/gels to really foam, and for the bubbles to stay up for at least 20 minutes (if no one touches them). Most bubble baths I've tried start popping as soon as they're up.. and that's without being in the tub.

I'm not even sure they have bubble bath liquids that good...

Venus bath salts, and the Venus bubble baths. both are amazing, smell great, and are inexpensive. You can find my review in the salt section, I did pomegranate.
