Chemistry bubble bath set - sensual bath discontinued by Kheper Games - review by pootpootpoot

This set was given to me for Christmas, and I absolutely adore it! The packaging is the first thing that caught my attention - I'd never seen a bubble bath packaged this way, and while it was very cute, I was worried about the quality of the actual product - was it just a gimmick, or would it smell and feel as good as it looked?

When I actually got around to using the product, the cute packaging became a bit of a problem. The rack it came with was really cute, but I found it to be a little wobbly, and I didn't want to risk the tubes falling and rolling back behind the toilet, or my pets getting their paws on it. I ended up putting the tubes in a small box and keeping it in my bathroom cabinet, which was a shame because they are really cute!

I found that you didn't need a whole lot of product to get a sizable amount of bubbles, but even when using it sparingly I found my tubes running low after only a few uses - they really could be larger, though I suppose that would throw off the look of the product. I had hoped the water would be tinted, but I found that that was not the case.

My favorite scent was by far the lavender! I love lavender, and always have, and it smelled amazing! It was very calming and relaxing, exactly what I had hoped for. The Pomegranate was a close runner-up, not a very strong (or particularly "pomegranate-y") scent, but still very appealing. The rose scent was good as well, though not nearly as good as the lavender. Unfortunately, the lemon-mint bath was terrible. I wouldn't describe it as lemony nor minty, and it was a huge letdown after having experienced the other scents.

For all four tubes, the scent of the bath clung to me for hours after I toweled dry, and it was never overpowering. Overall, I was pretty thrilled with this product, even with the flop of the lemon-mint. This product would make a great gift for any girl who loves both science and smelling good!

Very cute, but best to get a small container to hold them in so they don't roll away!
