Pure instinct attract cologne - oil by Jelique Products - review by Lady Venus

Pure Instinct is a unisex sexual attractant cologne that can be worn daily. It's worn just like any other cologne by applying to the pressure points. But, it is not JUST a cologne. With a special blend of essential oils and pheromones it will boost your confidence and enhance your natural scent. Although meant to be worn, Pure Instinct can be used many other ways. For a special treat, you may add it to your bath water. Being an oil, try adding a bit to an oil burner. Add a few drops to a cotton ball and throw it into the dryer with your clothes or bedsheets. You can also add a few drops down into your car heater.

The scent is very light, you don't have to worry about being scent sensitive or being around other people who are scent sensitive. Unless their allergy to scents is severe, it probably wouldn't bother them, as it doesn't me and I tend to get headaches from strong fragrances.

Pure Instinct has a slightly oily consistency but has a velvety feel to it. It is not sticky or greasy. It doesn't run or drip when applied and it absorbs into the skin quickly without leaving any residue behind.

The scent is quite...unexplainable. I've never smelled anything like it before. It is so light and sweet almost fruity but floral. The scent varies from person to person, yet is still very alluring. You'll notice that the scent will also change with your mood and hormone levels. It is not an overpowering scent and unlike most perfumes it will not choke you up, even if smelled right out of the bottle.

With just a few dabs, the scent will last all day long. There is no need to re-apply throughout the day. I apply it in the morning after my shower and by the afternoon I can still smell it on myself. Since it is an oil, it does last longer than your other traditional perfumes. Let me explain. Your traditional perfumes and colognes are made up mostly of alcohol (70-85%), which when exposed to air will quickly evaporate leaving behind very little scent. Therefore, re-application is needed as it tends to lose its scent quickly. The oils, unlike alcohol, absorb into your skin which will hold the scent much longer.

A little definitely goes a long ways. The bottle may be small, but will last!

Pure Instinct comes in a small blue bottle of 0.5 fl oz. Located under the cap is a small glass wand applicator allowing you to dab a small amount where you desire without over-applying. It's just the right size to throw into your purse. It's small and discreet for traveling but the bottle is made of glass so be careful not to break it.

The ingredients used in this attractant are the same ingredients that were used in ancient love potions centuries ago. They are what you call "Pheromones". These pheromones are chemicals capable of acting outside the body resulting in effects on hormone levels or behavioral change. While other reviews have stated that there are no list of ingredients to be found, I received a bottle from an in-home party, and guess?! The ingredients are listed! Here's the list of ingredients:

~ Sunflower (helianthus annus) seed oil
~ Mango (mangifera indica) seed oil
~ Yuzu (citrus junos) oil

Although this is a unisex cologne, I find the scent to be more on the feminine side.

I love the scent both in the bottle and after it is applied to my skin. I wear it almost every day after my shower, when I'm going out, and just because I love the scent so much. When wearing it, I'm always asked what I am wearing or told how good I smell. I do feel that my confidence is boosted, I walk a little taller and a little sexier (with the help of my stilettos, of course!). My hubby loves the way it makes me smell, and I do too!
