Intimate Organics foot foreplay - lotion by Intimate Organics - review by ~LaUr3n~

I have admired Intimate Organics' products for a while now. I read countless reviews about this product for a while and had been holding out to get the Coconut/Lemon grass scent for a while...months really. I finally gave in and got the Coco Bean & Goji Berry instead. I wish I had held out. I'm not too fond of the scent but the product rocks! Marketed as a foot serum it really can be used on any body part. I have found that it is great as an all over body moisturizer especially for the hands and feet, elbows and knees, legs and ankles, and butt. It is completely 100% USDA vegan and organic certified. It is DEA and paraben free, naturally derived, and full of scrumptious goodness. While I am not crazy about the scent, I don't doubt that others would be.

Aqua, Caprylic/capric triglycerides, Glycerin, Cetyl alcohol, Glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Dimethicone, Glyceryl stearate, Shea butter, Aroma, Jojoba seed oil, Triethanolamine, Benzophenone 3, Methylisothiazolinone, Phenethyl alcohol, PPg-2 menthyl ether, acrylates, ...the list goes on. For an organic product, I was surprised with the enormous list!

Foot Foreplay is a bit thinker than lotion. It is more like a balm, but it easily can be squeezed out of the tube. It is thick but it's like it melts in your hands when you smooth it over your body. I would not describe the smoothness as greasy or oily. Instead it feels like it is silky. I love this! It makes it spread very easily and absorb quickly leaving no residue on anything else. The after feelings is akin to velvet making anything it touches feel like satin.

Like I said, I should have held out. I'm not crazy about the Coco Bean and Goji Berry scent. It is REALLY strong and i think that might be why it is too much for me. It comes in two other scents though: Fresh orange/Wild ginger and the one I want...Coconut / Lemon grass.

The Coco Bean and Goji Berry does smell like the name. I don't know what the heck a Goji is, but I imagine it smells much like this. The Coco Bean is the more overpowering scent. It's not the smell of a wonderful coco frappe or a hot chocolate though. It smells like cheaply scented beauty products you may have gotten from Libby Lu as a kid. The Goji Berry smells a lot like raspberry to me. Together, the scent is just too overpowering. My nose is not a fan. It's not retched though. It's not something I'm afraid others won't like, it just isn't my thing. It's a bit too fruity for my taste.

I'm not sure how this would taste, but you should not ingest it. The tube says so right on it.

I bought this foot lotion to replace an awesome one I had from Bath & Body Works. As it seems to be the case with all awesome things I own, it got discontinued so I had to find a new one. I'm so glad I gave this a try instead of finding a new one at B&BW. It keeps my feet feeling soft and free of calluses and rough skin. Months of summer in flip flops and high heels can really do a number on my twinkle toes. That followed by the harsh winter cold... Foot Foreplay really is able to make the feet feel soft and smooth. It works great for the hands as well. I like to use it right before a handjob. My partner can notice how soft my hands feel and it makes me feel sexier...yup, even just by putting this on my hands!

It's not just good for the hands and feet though. I've used it on other rough spots like around the ankles, knees, and elbows. It silkens those right up too. It even works well as a massage lotion. I love using it on my shoulder, hips, and collar bones too. After a short while, the smell lessens a lot and doesn't bother me as much. It also seems to last a really long time. I apply to my feet about twice a day.

It comes in a really nice sized tube of 5 fluid ounces(150ml). My other tube was like a third of this size and lasted me about a year, so I imagine this will last a long time too. The packaging looks very nice. The tube is an olive green color with a matte label on it. There is a naked torso on the front-nothing graphic though. The font is small enough that it is discreet enough to sit among other toiletry items. The bottom has a large black cap that can be used to stand the tube up on. It unscrews and the lotion is dispensed out the bottom when the tube is squeezed. It doesn't leak at all and would be suitable for travel.

Whether you are into foot play or not, this foot lotion does wonders to the feeling of your feet, hands, or other rough areas like the ankles and knees. It can be used by couples for massage or solo for a pampering. I am really glad I gave this a try even though I'm not thrilled by the scent. I can't wait to use this whole tube up to try the coconut lemon one!
