Bell clit clamp - clamps by Spartacus - review by Red Vinyl Kitty

Bells are so cute and fun to me. I've got a set of nipple bell clamps which I got from Eden too, and I purchased these because I thought they would go great together.

The bell clit clamp is a tweezer-style clamp, which has rubber nibs on the ends and is fully adjustable. The bell itself is about a half inch wide, and has a very small piece of metal inside which makes a lovely little "tinkling" noise when the bell shakes.

In order to put this on, just gently stretch open the part with the rubber nibs, and then slide the O-Ring up until it reaches the desired tightness. You can put this on your clit, labia, nipples, or really any body part which is an inch or less in thickness.

The entire bell clamp is made from metal, with two rubber nibs which ARE removable on the ends of the clamp. There is a metal O ring on the bottom of the clamp (by the bell) which you slide towards your clitoris in order to tighten the clamp.

The metal is smooth, with nothing to snag on your clitoris. If you would like to remove the soft rubber nibs, the underlying metal is smooth and flat.

This clamp is really the exact same thing as the bell nipple clamps I picked up from here, except that it comes in a single, instead of a pair. It will go on clits, labia, or nipples pretty easily, depending on the size of the body part. They are much more adjustable than my nipple clamps, so they can fit up to 1" in width comfortably. If your nipples do not normally fit into tweezer style clamps, you might consider buying two of these instead.

This clamp is made from metal, so if you remove the rubber nibs for cleaning, you can boil it, use a 10% bleach solution, use mild soap and water, or wash this in the dishwasher on the top rack. Since this is such a small clamp, if you want to wash it on the dishwasher, I recommend sliding the jump ring (which is the BIG metal ring that connects the bell to the clamp) over one of the spokes in the dishwasher. This helps keep the clamp on the top rack where it belongs.

Rubber is porous, so don't share the rubber nibs with anyone you're not fluid bonded with.

The clamp is really small, and will fit easily almost anywhere you like.

Packaging for this clamp is just a standard clamshell case. Nothing fancy. You could easily store your clamp in here, but I prefer to keep this in my toybox because it takes up much less room that way. The packaging is recyclable, and not discreet. The toy is showing through a clear panel on the front.

I found out the semi-hard way that I'm not really a fan of pinching pressure on my clit. The fact that these are so adjustable makes me happy, because I can still wear this with comfort and ease.

My husband is addicted to the sound that bells make, and one of my favorite things to do with this is to put it on under a skirt without telling him, and then do the laundry or carry about with housework as usual. It's a very subtle way to get his attention, and he loves it. :)
