The Cake Vanilla Snow Woman Glistening Trio bath and body care set contains three products: a body wash, a body moisturizer (mousse) and lip gloss. It consists of Vanilla Snow Woman Glistening Body Wash, Vanilla Snow Glistening Body Mousse and a tube of Pink Icicle Lip Gloss.

The Body Wash lathers nicely and cleans well.

Vanilla Snow Woman Glistening Body Mousse

This Body Mousse is a pink, glistening, thick body moisturizer with a strong aroma of vanilla, reminiscent of yellow cake.

The presence of Macadamia Seed Oil may be an allergy concern for those with severe tree nut allergies. (I will list the ingredient further down.)

The Pink Icicle Lip Gloss is a commonly sized lip gloss, placed in a slender tube with a small applicator attached to the cap.

The texture of all the products is thick and rich.

The body mousse goes on thick and moisturizes for a good long time.
It leaves a bit more mica on the skin than the body wash; although, this effect is subtle.

The body wash contains 4 oz of iridescent body wash in a light pink color. It is thick and has a strong aroma of vanilla, reminding one of a freshly baked yellow cake.

It readily lathers and provides lots of nice bubbles for cleaning.

The lip gloss is light pink and goes on smoothly, leaving a light pink color with a lot of glisten and a barely detectable golden under glow.

This is a nice, long lasting lip gloss which can be used over lip stick or alone for shining lips and drawing attention to the face. It is not sticky, yet long lasting and pretty.

All three products in this set have the signature Cake vanilla cupcake aroma, which lingers nicely on the skin. All three also come in a beautiful pink iridescent color. The aroma is quite strong in the body wash and the body mousse (moisturizer), but less so in the lip gloss. The scent is very reminiscent of freshly baked vanilla cup cakes.

The vanilla aroma is on the strong side and will be a favorite of those who enjoy vanilla. The aroma is more pronounced in the body wash and the body mousse than in the lip gloss; although, the gloss does have a strong vanilla aroma as well. The classic Cake "baked cup cake" aroma lasts a good long time. The gloss does not really tastes much like cake or vanilla at all, but does have an aroma of vanilla, which may translate into taste for some.

The ingredients of the Body Wash are ones commonly used in less expensive body care products, with a few herbs thrown in. It has a large ingredient panel, including: Aqua, Sodium laureth sulfate, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Acrylates copolymer, Glycerin, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, Polyquaternium-7, Cocamide MEA, Glycol distearate, Mica, Parfum (Fragrance), Tocopheryl acetate, Cocos nucifera (Coconut Oil), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Benzophenone-4, Citric Acid, Triethanolamine, Red 40

Despite the presence of glycerin, which I am personally sensitive to in lubricants, I did not find this product irritating in any way. The body wash also contains Mica, which will help the wash to glisten when placed on the skin or seen in the bottle. The glistening effect was not evident after the wash was rinsed off. However, the aroma was quite strong and lasted quite a long time. Those who enjoy vanilla scented body products will love this body wash and may decide to layer their scents by following it up with Snow Woman Body Mousse.

The Body Mousse moisturizes nicely, while leaving behind a heavy “baked” aroma of vanilla cake. The Body Mousse does leave behind, in addition to its scent, a light coating of barely noticeable glistening shine.


Small amounts of Mica in the ingredients cause this and is a pretty, yet subtle effect for those who enjoy brightening their skin, during winter or summer. This effect was nearly impossible to catch on photographs and shows up better in light, especially sunlight.

The ingredients in the mousse, similar to the body wash, are common ingredients used in commercial body moisturizers: Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, Cetyl alcohol, Stearic acid, Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) Seed oil, Cocos nucifera (coconut) Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed oil, Mangifera indica (mango) Seed butter, PEG-100 stearate, Glyceryl stearate, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Vitamin E (Tocopheryl acetate), Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Parfum (Fragrance), Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Benzophenone-3, Tetrasodium EDTA, Yellow 5, Red 40.

This product moisturizes very nicely leaving a fairly heavy aroma.

The Pink Icicle Lip Gloss is a commonly sized lip gloss, placed in a slender tube with a small applicator attached to the cap.

The ingredients, which are happily sparse, are those commonly found in lip glosses. Polybutene, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Octyldodecanol, Canola.

The gloss goes on smoothly, leaving a light pink color with a lot of glisten and a barely detectable golden under glow. This is a nice, long lasting lip gloss, which can be used over lip stick or alone for shining lips and drawing attention to the face. I found nothing irritating in this gloss and found it quite pretty. Like the rest of the products in this kit, the gloss has a strong aroma but a mild taste of vanilla cake.

The Mousse and Body Wash come in 4 oz plastic bottles with flip caps, for easy dispersal. They will sit nicely on a shelf in your shower or on your dresser waiting for you to open them and enjoy the vanilla cup cake experience in bathing and moisturizing.

The lip gloss comes in a regular 0.4 oz plastic tube with a foam dispenser on a small stick attached to the cap.

The entire kit comes in a small cardboard box with a re-closeable lip; the set could be stored in this box.

At 4 oz per bottle, the mousse and body wash are at the limit for air travel, but could easily be packed in luggage or even purse for car or train travel.
