Massage Cook Up

If you have ever gone shopping for massage oils, you will have noticed that they are very pricey. While this is not a high quality oil it gets the job done. You skin will eventually absorb the oil, which will help soften it. It's clear, so it will not leave any stains. If you do get the oil on some fabric where it leaves a dark spot, just use some dish washing soap to break it up.

Boyfriend and another couple of friends, commented that it is an "old lady smell".

extremely useful review
There is no way this massage oil will leak during shipping, as the bottle was shrinked wrapped and there was a sunken red plastic stopper which had to be removed with force. I wish my boyfriend hadn't thrown it away so I could have taken a picture of it. He punctured the form fitting stopper with a knife and wedged it out of the bottle's neck for me. The bottle has a snap, dome shaped lid that encloses the opening spout so it won't spill. So long as it's seprate from other items that could wedge it open, it will travel well.

Ingredients: Carnation Oil, I.P.M., Procetyl 10, Natural Fragrance, Pheromones. Other websites are advertising this massage oil as 100% natural. However if you are curious about ingredients in other products check out https://www.scanavert.com/ which is dedicated to "Detection and Alarm Against Ingredient Harm".

The pheromones do not add or subtract from the experince of using this product. It has a very strong odor that sinks in and on me, it turned into a sugary, powdery, flowery smell. The first time I smelled the bottle I was overwhelmed by a flower smell. Now after getting use to it, it smells more lemony, like dish soap, then a combination of citrus fruit and the basil is very faint. I was hoping for a yummy fruit salad smell with some added spice, so I am disapointed. My favorite scents are food and herbs, I avoid most flower scents unless they smell just like the flower and nothing else.

The oil sticks around for a long while and can only be washed off with degreaser. Depending on the skin type it takes alot of oil to get the massage going. Once you have the right amount on your patient, your hands/wrist/ elbows/knees or even feet, will just glide over their muscles. When you give a massage, find out where their knots are and start working from just outside of them, to their center. That way you start to loosen the muscels and tendons without causing alot of pain. To prevent your hands from being tired try using your wrist or elbows to slowy and gently push and pull the muscles. Pressure points are wonderful for loosening tendons and muscles. You can use any part of your body to slowly put pressure on trouble spots. As the masseuse, when the muscles loosen you will feel like you are going deeper into their body. As the client, you will probaly feel the opposite as you loosen up.

Drink lots of water, massages release toxins that have built up in your muscels. The water; will help you flush your system and will prevent negative reactions like head aches. If you would like to know more about the waste your cells release from massages https://www.treatmentmassage.com/understanding-your-body/toxin-release.html. My favorite site so far for explaining the benifits of massage is https://www.wholehealthmassage.com/info.html.
Experience
I would say the sensual part of massage can be exploring your partners body. For most people, including my self, close contact causes your body to release serotonin and dopamine. So I consider massage to be a healing art form when tended by a professional and a awesome cuddle session when preformed by a loved one. Even though this scent is not one my boyfriend will use on me, I have it in my collection for others. My best friend really enjoys citrus-basil and relaxes just from the smell, she also smiles when she breaths it in.

I will post more information, tips and tricks in my other massage oil reviews.
