A change of heart.
After a little practice my opinion on these has completely changed. They are fairly easy to use once you know how (wet, place, squeeze). They provide very little pleasure during use but make my nipples super sensitive (in a good way) which makes for more pleasure later on. I would recommend giving these little guys a try!Published: February 10, 2012

Thanks to sae928 for suggesting getting your nipples a little slobbery before use, once I did that it was actually more difficult (but not painful) to take these OFF! They stay on as long as I want them to now which means they increase my sensitivity A LOT more than they did before.
I am starting to love these little guys more and more with every use, they just take some practice.

I myself do not have pierced nipples but had read on a review elsewhere that she was still able to use them- which was much to her surprise.

My roommate and I have used some nipple suckers similar to the ones above with little or no pleasure at all. How do all of you feel about these manual nipple suckers? I'm not talking about the machine operated ones that feel as if someone is really suckling your tits, but these little "pinch-on" ones.

try gettin your nips a little slobbery then squeeze on the suckers, I've gotten a waay tighter seal doing this, after a few minutes give the top halves gentle squeezes, i have very sensitive nipples and this sensation alone has brought me so close to orgasm many times, i alternate between these and some clamps for even more fun ^_^

I might try that.
I have been scared of these things cause the first time I tried one, I did it slow but it almost sucked my nipple right off. Killed.
After that, I took it extra slow and they won't suck at all. Think mine are all or nothing....lol. I was going to throw them out but glad I haven't until I try your way.
