Magic Wand Original - large wand massager by Vibratex - review by realcool

The best use of the Wand, in my opinion, is clitoral stimulation. I hear it's also great for back massages, but I'm just not that kinky, you know? This toy is a lot more powerful than ones I've had in the past that got me off really quickly. I wouldn't give it to a beginner unless they complained of insensitivity. I've used this with my partner and alone. The experiences have all been great.

There is no smell. I have small hands so it can be difficult for me to hold larger items, but I haven't had a problem with the Hitachi Magic Wand. It's slightly textured on the head, which is nice, but it is countered by the broad surface area so it doesn't make much difference to me.

The design is fine for what it is: a massager. It would be excellent if it were smaller and more targeted, but that's not what it was made for so I'm understanding of that problem. It is HUGE and can be hard to wield at first (I felt like I was holding a sword of pleasure!). I have kept it in the box that it came in (which is just plain cardboard) and it fits in with other packaged stuff in my room. When I return to school, however, I'm not sure how well I'll be able to hide it away. It would fit in a suitcase but if you have the TSA looking through your stuff it's not exactly invisible or easily mistaken for something else.

I'm kind of on the edge about my feelings for this toy. Part of me thinks it is AMAZING--sturdy, strong vibrations, hard to slip and miss your zone and both settings are powerful. But, strangely enough, it's taken me longer to finish with this than with my older rabbit vibrator (with which I resorted to just using the ears). I think I got accustomed to having vibrations in a certain area so I haven't quite gotten used to the all over sensations. The entire head vibrates, which is great. Luckily, the bulk doesn't get in the way too much. I've left it on in my room and gone out and haven't been able to hear it, which is reassuring. The controls are easy to use. There are only two so they are hard to get mixed up.

I wipe it off with a wet wipe on the head when I'm done. It is super easy to care for and I haven't had any issues with caring for this.

The Wand came in a long box that I still keep it in. Because I ordered mine from another online retailer, it came in a box in a box, so I threw away the box with the photo on it and kept the plain outer case. It can be used as a gift box, although mine has delivery stickers on it (good thing I don't want to give it away!). There were instructions included but it has only two buttons so I wasn't confused about how to use it.

I would tell people who are unsure to give it a chance. Worst off, you have a powerful massager for your back and neck. Best off, you have a powerful massager for your back, neck, and clit.
