These adjustable bull nose nipple clamps work well for female nipples. It can also be used on flesh right behind the nipples, labia or any patch of skin you can get a grip on. They can be used on male nipples as well, but I have not tested them in that department. This can be used for beginner or advanced since they are adjustable. The clamps came very tight, and I was surprised by how much I had to adjust them to get the right pain/pleasure combo. I have large nipples and these stay put.

The Bull Nose Nipple Clamps are made out of metal for the clips and chain. The ends of the clips are covered in black latex. The latex covering has slipped off of one of mine on the handle side already. I was able to slide it back on, and it does not get in the way of the performance.

Each clamp has an adjustable screw to keep the clamps open a minimum amount so you don't have too much pressure if you can't handle it. They are much easier to adjust before you put them on, test the fit and remove to fine tune if necessary.

The metal is very light but has a slight amount of pull which feels wonderful. I did not detect an odor.

The Bull Nosed Nipple Clamps are made with enough chain to dangle nicely but not get in the way. They are easy to put on and take off, but I would recommend adjusting them while off the nipples. The clamps are large enough they should cover small to large nipples. My nipples are on the larger size and these clamps hold well. They are fully adjustable by screw so the beginner can use them and they come very tight so an advanced user would also find pleasure in them.

The Bull Nose Nipple clamps can be wiped clean. I store them in my toy box. No special requirements.

The packaging on this was not discreet. It was in a plastic clam shell with a paper insert. I immediately removed the nipple clamps, shredded the paper insert, and recycled the clear plastic clam shell. The only give away to the contents was the paper insert.

These Bull Nosed Clamps feel incredible on my nipples. I don't leave them on for extended periods of time (about 10 minutes). I do find that rubbing a vibrating egg over my clamped nipples often heightens my excitement.
