The Beaded Nipple Huggers by PHS International are cute nipple accessories with an attractive, simple design. The Huggers are noticeable without being gaudy. They’re colorful, but not too bold. They shine just enough to catch your eye without distracting from the wearer’s nipples. These Huggers aren’t over the top, and they don’t have to be. They’re fine just as they are.

The packaging for the huggers is cheery, sporting a colorful design of blue and pink swirls, with occasional flower outlines. You may want to be discreet, though, since the front clearly reads “Nipple Huggers.”

Each Hugger is made up of a main metal support piece, two thin metal rods with beads, and a nylon strand from which the middle beads hang. The main metal support piece is 1 3/8” long, with a nipple loop in the middle and a tiny loop on each end. The end loops support the thin metal rods on each side. These 1.5” long metal rods each hold seven beads, and the bottom end has a nail-like head to secure the beads. Tied through the end loops is the nylon strand, which holds four small beads of its own and a short metal rod (7/8”) of beads in the center.

Small, stout, cylindrical beads (1/8” wide) adorn the nylon strand and separate the larger beads on the rods. The strand holds two light pink beads and two dark blue ones, which sit close to the nipple. The dark beads help focus the attention on the wearer’s nipple. The metal rods on each side hold larger, faceted beads (5/16” wide) in a pink-blue-pink arrangement. The middle rod holds three beads: a small pink one, a colorless one, and a large blue one.

The beads make a nice square shape with a large pink bead in each corner and the blue large beads lining up across the middle. This boxy design contrasts nicely with the roundness of the nipples and breasts, and would likely accentuate the curvature of the wearer’s body.

In order to wear the Huggers, gently push the nipple through the loop in the main metal piece. You may need to press the ends together a bit to open the loop so the nipple will fit. Adjust until the Hugger feels snug, and give a little shake to see if it’s secure.

The beaded rods remain straight during use, which means they can swing freely without becoming entangled. The rods are quite free to move, requiring only slight movements to set them swaying hypnotically. These qualities let the wearer focus on feeling sexy instead of worrying about the Huggers. Furthermore, the hard plastic beads withstand hard-surface impact well, so if you do wiggle enough to send them flying, they should be just fine.

These nipple huggers are best suited for nipples about 1/2” wide or wider. My nipples are just shy of 3/8” and the huggers don’t stay on well, even with some adjustment. Longer nipples than mine (1/4”) would likely fit better as well, since the huggers rely on clipping to the nipple. A longer nipple results in less areola getting pinched in the fitting process.

Adjusting the Huggers to fit smaller nipples (< 3/8” diam.) is difficult because of the design. The nylon strand, while adding to the style, limits how small the nipple loop can get because the strand is secured to the two end loops. Decreasing the nipple loop too much will result in breaking metal pinch clip that secures the nylon strand, making the middle beads off-centered and crooked. If the Huggers feel too tight, the loop could be enlarged with some needle-nosed pliers. This type of adjustment shouldn't cause problems to the nylon strand. If any adjustments are made, I recommend placing a layer of cloth between the pliers and metal to keep the metal surface smooth.

While somewhat stimulating, there’s not a lot of pressure applied from these Huggers, but please play with caution and remove them if discomfort occurs. If the Huggers need cleaning, they can be easily washed with soap and water, toy cleaner, or wiped with isopropyl alcohol.

Though not for every nipple size, the Beaded Nipple Huggers are a fun addition to many activities. They nicely complement a sexy dance, add a bit of color to a wild romp, and simply accentuate the beautiful nipples of the wearer.
