No more slippery cold wetness!
The Tenga Hole Warmer is a super discreet, easy to use warmer for your masturbation sleeves. It is a clear plastic tube with a metal disc floating within it. Just squeeze and slightly bend the disc, let the liquid harden, and the tube will become warmer. Stick it in your sleeve for five to seven minutes and enjoy a delightfully warmer sensation when using your sleeve.Published: May 1, 2010
Pros:
Easy to use, discreet, reusable.
Cons:
Didn't warm up as much as we thought it would.
So you've got your masturbation sleeve and your lube. You've applied the lube and you're ready to insert yourself into your sleeve. As soon as you do, a chill runs over your entire body because your sleeve is cold! Brr! Definitely not sexy. Lucky for you, Tenga is solving all of men's little masturbation dilemmas, this time with their hole warmer.
The Tenga hole warmer is a clear plastic tube filled with clear liquid and a small metal disc that floats within it. You can see right through the tube. At the top of the warmer is a small red tag with the Tenga logo printed on it. On the opposite side of the tag is the product name, as well as some Japanese text that could say anything, but I can't understand it. Perhaps it says something like "Use this to prohibit sending shocking chills all over your entire body when you masturbate!" Yeah, that could be it. But don't worry, even without concise instructions, this warmer is super easy to use and definitely looks cool, which is always a plus.
There are no batteries involved and nothing to plug in--all you have to do to get this little guy to warm up is squeeze the metal disc inside the tube, slightly bending it and the clear liquid will harden, warming the entire tube. At first, we were a little confused by the warmer because my partner had squeezed the metal disc and we were sitting on the bed waiting, waiting, and then waiting some more and nothing was happening. After a little while he tried it again and realized that he did not squeeze the disc hard enough. So when using, make sure you are applying enough pressure and remember to slightly bend the disc in order to get the tube to transition from the see-through liquid to a hardened gel that will look exactly like ice.
Ideally, you will want to insert the warmer into your sleeve five to seven minutes before replacing it with yourself to give your sleeve a chance to warm up completely. While this is obviously a Tenga product, meant to be used with Tenga sleeves, you can use this warmer with any masturbation sleeve you have. When it comes to its performance, the hole warmer is a really ingenious idea and definitely works! It will warm your sleeve up, making your entire experience more enjoyable, especially when you're initially inserting yourself into the sleeve. It can usually take a little while to get acclimated to the slight temperature drop of the inside of your sleeve, but this warmer will do the trick so you're not gasping in shock when your dick is suddenly immersed in slippery cold wetness. However, as well as this warmer works, it will not make your sleeve body temperature; it merely makes it just a few degrees warmer and really didn't warm the sleeve up as much as we had initially thought it would. Nevertheless, there was a definite slight difference in temperature when using it.
After you're done using your hole warmer, place it in boiling water until the tube becomes clear again and the metal disc floats freely through the liquid; this should only take a few minutes. It is also possible to microwave it for five seconds until the tube becomes clear, but I wouldn't recommend doing so because the tube can expand and, if left in too long, you can really harm your warmer. No one wants that!
The hole warmer can be used up to 30 times. While it won't last a significant amount of time if you use it three to five times a day, it can have a nice lifespan if you use it in moderation. It is also super discreet; if left out, no one is likely to know what the device is at all.
If you love your masturbation sleeves and are looking for something to make your experience just a little more enjoyable, I'd recommend the hole warmer to anyone and considering the amount of times it can be reused, the price tag is more than fair.

Experience
We used the Tenga hole warmer with the Tenga Double Hole Cup. With this specific masturbation sleeve, you have to pick a side to warm and stick with that side, but with most other masturbation sleeves you will not be faced with this hard choice. While the hole warmer did knock the temperature of the inside of the lubricated sleeve up a few degrees, making for a more comfortable experience, it didn't warm it up as much as we had initially thought it would. Don't expect this to warm up to body temperature, because it doesn't have that type of power. All things considered, if you're a fan of using sleeves and shudder whenever you first insert yourself, this is a great purchase. Plus, it can be used up to 30 times!

Tenga Hole Warmer
-
I notice the Tenga Hole Warmer says that it is only good for 30 uses. What happens after this? Can anyone describe their experience? Does it take longer to warm up, or simply stop working after 30 uses? The price seems nice at 1st, but if you have to buy more of these on a regular basis, wouldn't it be cheaper to shell out the money and buy the plugin version ?
Or is the 30 uses similar to how Tenga says the Flip hole is only good for X amount of uses. Clearly you can use it for a LONG time if you take care of it. -
This is a Japanese product and I've heard that there is a Japanese regulation that states something about requiring the manufacture to give the number of uses that a reusable item can be expected to last. My suspicion is that the flexible plastic will wear a hole and leak sometime after about that many uses.
The way in which the heat is generated through exothermic crystallisation of supersaturated solutions (typically sodium acetate) does NOT wear out. -
Is there a plugin version? Where?

Thank you for viewing Tenga hole warmer – sex toy warmer review page!

Fantastic review!
Thirty times is how long it lasts...Hmmm. Well, I appreciate the review and I'm very interested in the product. Thank you!
Great review! Im almost mesmerized by the technology of the liquidy stuff. What it that?
Thanks for the review!
Thanks for the excellent review.
thanks for the great review!
I guess iit lasts long enough, but how long does it keep the warm? What happens if you use it to warm the toy for like 15 minutes? And isn't it unsafe to microwave because of the metal disc? 5 seconds there seems to be worth the trouble than creating boiling water.
Good job on this, I am having a hard time writing mine. It is just so... strange and it lacks a lot of information. lol
sounds... interesting
nice review!
It may be easier and more effective to place in moderately hot water for a few minutes before using. Just don't use really hot or boiling water because you will ruin your sleeve.
