Not so pleasurable Please Dot.This toy is budget friendly, but I think the money can be better spent. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it. It was a disappointing experience for me personally.
Too weak, awkward, loud.
Pleasure Dot by Cal Exotics was an interesting idea at first, but disappointing in the end. It is supposed to be for clitorial stimulation and also as a personal massager. I had this on my wishlist and I was excited when the package came, however, the toy did not do much for me. The vibrations seemed strong when I turned it on and heard how loud it is, but I did not feel them that much. The end of the toy provides stronger vibrations than the rubber head that is supposed to provide pinpoint action as advertised. I tried that as an alternative actually, but still it did nothing for me. Maybe, just maybe, beginners would enjoy it, but I wouldn't recommend it. As far as using it as a personal massager, the rubber head makes it super uncomfortable and the vibrations are barely felt.
The Pleasure Dot is made of plastic (the blue or the red part) and rubber for the head. The plastic rates 8 on material safety and the rubber rates 3. Plastic is non-porous and phthlate-free while rubber is porous. The toy itself is smooth to touch, but I did not like the feel of rubber. Again, maybe beginners could enjoy the texture.
One of the things that attracted me to the Pleasure Dot was its unusual design. The handle is prolonged and the head is round and to me it looked a little weird, but that's what I liked too. The toy comes in red and blue. I got mine in blue. The color is nice, nothing special. The toy is 8 inches long and the head is 3 inches in diameter while the rubber part is 2 inches in diameter. The battery compartment that props it up is three inches long and covers most of the handle.
The toy has three different speed vibrations. It is also pretty loud, but will not be heard behind closed doors. The vibrations vary from low to high, but the high to me was pretty uninteresting and just the opposite - low. You can scroll through the speed by clicking the battery compartment. The toy runs on 2AA batteries. The battery compartment props open just like a TV remote and it is pretty self-explanatory.
The Pleasure Dot can be cleaned with antibacterial soap or wipes, but it is not waterproof and you have to be careful since the battery compartment is located right in the middle and is not protected. Both materials are compatible with water and silicone lubricants. You can store it in the box it came in, it is 8X2X2 inches so it fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom drawer (not that it'll get much use).
The toy comes in a simple plastic bag inside a carton box. The advertisement sounds oh so promising, but unfortunately not true (at least for me).
The Pleasure Dot got one try and was then moved to the deepest back of my drawer. I doubt I'll give it another try. The vibrations were too weak to provide any sort of stimulation while the rubber head just felt awkward and too wide. I highly doubt it could be used for penetration and I do not recommend it. Even though the end tip is small and round, the battery compartment location makes it impossible for insertion.

Don't like it, don't use it, honestly don't know where it is. This toy got lost somewhere between me packing and moving to a new apartment. I don't miss it though.
