Sinful desire dream creme body topping - cream discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Cinnamon Chambers

This has got to be in the bottom two products I have bought from here. In fact, it is probably worse than anything I have ever bought before. I had very high expectations for this product. I figured even if it did not taste like cotton candy that I would be loving the scent of it. Ha ha. Boy was I wrong.

When I was opening the box from Eden and I came to this box I was impressed. It was pink and chocolate brown. I found it to be very modern and tastefully designed. I opened the box that was sealed shut, and opened the tub that was sealed with shrink wrap and there was an inner pull up lid to seal it also. I was very impressed up to this point, because of the amount of sealing on the product. The safety of the packaging was comparable to my Kama Sutra products. The tub was a sizable 4oz for $8.

The ingredients were another alarming factor that I over looked when purchasing this because I have been looking for a good cotton candy scented body lotion for a long time. Triglycerides or fat is the second ingredient listed. It also contains glycerin and parabens. Urea, another ingredient is the main waste product in urine and is synthetically produced by dehydrating ammonia. The type of urea in this is diazolidinyl urea that is a formaldehyde releaser and is a common cause of dermatitis from cosmetic use. Please do not use this for vaginal lubrication due to the irritation and possible yeast infections these ingredients can cause. Red dye is also an ingredient that can cause allergic reactions on the skin.

As soon as I pulled up the inner lid I expected to smell cotton candy. Nothing. I got closer and it was nothing pleasurable. I tried applying it and rubbing it in to attempt to activate the scent and nothing. I licked my skin after applying a bit. I got a bad lotion taste and it left a greasy film on my tongue just from licking my skin. The taste lingered until I brushed my teeth.

Though the scent was not strong, what was there was terrible and very chemical smelling. This odor lingers on the skin as well. It did absorb into my skin nicely but that is about the only good thing I can say about Dream Cream. There was not even the slightest hint of sweetness in the smell at all which was a really big surprise. If anything I was expecting an overly sweet scent. The closest thing I have experienced to the smell is really old, cheap, Motel 6 lotion. As the product was sealed I do not believe it was tampered with or spoiled in any way. The box states it is the "creme de la creme" and that it makes passion more palatable. I can only wish!

Did not make it to the bedroom with it. This is absolutely terrible.

I will still try to open this and give it a second chance from time to time. It still is not impressing me at all. The scent has not gotten better with time or me getting used to it. I hate that because it was a product I was really looking forward to using.
