Oh Leaf What A Soft Towel You Are!

I had picked a couple of these up for my mom and for my daycare provider and never got me any. As soon as they came back in I grabbed one. The kicker is I forgot I had it, until I went digging through my toy box and found it. These towels are so soft and I can't wait to pick up another one. Right now it is offered as a free gift with a bullet with orders over $79 bucks. I wish it was just the towel and not the bullet.

extremely useful review
The Leaf towel made by Leaf is a decent size washcloth. This towel can be used to do a bunch of different things but I think I will keep mine to the shower. I don't want it to get ruined by doing dishes or cleaning with it.

The washcloth is all white except for the grey, green, and white logo on it. The logo says Leaf in grey and has a green leaf shape above the logo. It is located to the bottom right side of the cloth. The cloth is 13" in length and 13" in width. It weighs about 2 pds. There is a sort of a pattern in this and it is slightly raised in some areas and comes down low in others.

The towel is made of 70% cotton and 30% bamboo. Making it oh so extra soft. This could be because of the bamboo in it. This is what the product page says about cotton; Cotton is a comfortably soft material with a good absorbency and good strength. Cotton is color retention, machine-washable and dry-cleanable material. Easy to handle and sew. Cotton can stand high temperatures and takes dyes easily. Chlorine bleach can be used to restore white garments to a clear white but this bleach may yellow chemically finished cottons or remove color in dyed cottons. Boiling and sterilizing temperatures can also be used on cotton without disintegration. Cotton can also be ironed at relatively high temperatures, stands up to abrasion and wears well. Bamboo has the property of being naturally antibacterial, it's a breathable and moisture-wicking fabric, helping to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable.

On the tag it says to wash darks separately machine wash with cold water. It also says to not bleach it and to tumble dry on low. I have not washed it yet so I don't know what will happen when I do. I always use bleach with my white clothes and have not had an issue. I only use a little bit anyways.

There is no special way that you have to store this towel. I have mine in my toy box for now. When it will be used I will put it with my other washcloths, that or I will just use it for ambiance. That way no one will touch it but me if needed too. I really need to grab another one though.

These come rolled up in a little brown paper that goes around the cloth. They are continuing with their green movement since they are supposed to be recyclable. It also came in a plastic bag so nothing can leak or spill on it, this is also recyclable.
Experience
I hope this towel will last for a long time with the materials it is made from. I know I usually grab some cheap ones that within months they are falling apart and I have to pick up some more. I have not used mine just yet but I will at some point. I usually only use washcloths to wash my face with anyways. That's why I say I may just use it for show.

Too bad they aren't body towels, or even beach towels....well I wouldn't want a beach towel to be white! Good review, I haven't got one yet. I heard people say they come with leaf products but I never got one with either leaf that I have.

I would love it if, like Zombriella said, Leaf did a whole line of these. I love bamboo products, and since I'm very picky about my towels, I think that they'd suit me fabulously. Thank you for the review!
