Oooh Coochy!
I am pretty happy with my purchase and would totally buy it again. The only thing I wish is that the bottle was bigger so I wouldn't have to order so frequently.Published: January 18, 2012
Pros:
smells nice, leaves smooth feeling, no rashes, no bumps
Cons:
small bottle
I had heard a lot of talk about Coochy shave cream for years now and had always wondered how well it would work. Finally I had to give it a try myself and ordered some. I sometimes have issues with sensitive skin so I was kind of concerned about that but after reading numerous reviews I decided it'd be okay. I chose to get mine in the pear berry scent as opposed to original or green tea.
Before using I prepped my skin by soaking in warm water to make shaving easier. I applied just enough and began getting to work! It was very easy to move against my skin and didn't leave me feeling itchy like I usually feel after using regular shave cream or gel. Afterward I felt down there and it was smooth to the touch and I didn't feel any bumps. I also looked in the mirror and instead of having a bit of a red rash from irritation it was perfectly normal skin color. I was very pleased and also excited to let my boyfriend feel how nice and smooth my kitty felt.
The base of Coochy shave cream is water. Like I previously said it comes in three different scents; pear berry, original (I'm not sure what scent this has exactly which is why I opted not to get it), and green tea. The ingredients are as follows: D.L. Water, Steralkonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Glycerin Stearate SE, Jojoba Oil, Lanolin, Keratin Protein, Panthenol, Allantion, Methyloparaben, Fragrance, Propylparaben. The volume of the bottle is 4 fl. oz.
Not only can the shave cream be used for the obvious intended purpose, it's also a good moisturizing conditioner! So if you find you don't like it to shave with you can always use it on the hair on your head.

Coochy cream scents

I've been going through a lot of reviews to see if I could find one that talked about the green tea scent. I want to try something other than the 'Oh So Original'. Has anybody tried the green tea scent or anything other than the original? Any suggestions on a different scent I should try? Thanks!

I just recently reviewed the green tea scent here.\ :) Basically, it smells great while you're using, but the smell doesn't really linger (which I love). It kind of smells like a sweet tea...but it's a bit hard to describe the scent itself.

I really need to try this! I have been in the market for something like this.

It is pretty good. I'm not usually a fan of shave creams, but I recently purchased this product and it works well.

Who uses coochy rash free shave cream? Did it leave you satisfied with a rash free Brazilian?

I bought this for me and my guy to use. It worked wonders for his gentle areas. Unfortunately, I had a terrible reaction to Coochy... total bummer!
Has anyone else had a bad reaction to this product? Do you know a great product to use? I've been using olive oil based soaps that leave my skin silky and lux! -
While I have no had a reaction, I do like Inttimo Kitty Shave Kreme by Wet. EF carries it but only in a tiny bottle )=
