My first foray into nipple clamps was a little disappointing. I thought that this adjustable, padded, and well made set of nipple and clit clamps would prove to be a fun new toy for the Husband and I. I am not sure if it is my anatomy, or just the type of clamp that isn't quite compatible with my body parts, or maybe just poor planning on the manufacturer's part.

The packaging of this product is fairly plain, a laughing couple surrounded by a red Y and packaged in clear plastic. The box had no directions. The clamps are composed of pink, narrow, chain link that attaches to three clamps that sort of resemble bobbie pins. At the end of the clamp, there is a rubber coating that helps to keep the clamps from slipping off (they fall off anyway) but also keeps the wearer's skin protected from metal. The chain can be heated or cooled and then applied to body parts if one enjoys temperature play.

I found that while nice to look at, and very well made, these clamps were very hard to adjust. Either I had to crank the slider very tightly (and painfully) to get it to stay, or the clamps would fall off. I also had trouble getting the slider to stay in place, thus the clamps would often come off mid play. I do have fairly large breasts, but small nipples, so I can see the nipple clamps not working well for me, but I also had trouble getting the clit clamp to stay on as well. Especially when any lube was involved, I found the clamp sliding off and the slider ring slipping. I could also see a taller woman with a long torso having trouble with the length of this product. At 5'7, and with a long torso, if I was bending in certain positions, I found a lack of slack could also pop the clamps right off.

These clamps have really only served as a tool to spice up my sex-life, a fantasy, or a prop in our play. I haven't really been able to use them for a long time due to the slippage and the amount of painful pressure needed to keep them on. For me, that is unpleasant. However, if you or your partner enjoys a little pain or discomfort in sex, then these can provide that as well.

I feel that these are quite sturdy, and are almost a bit too heavy for my taste, as I think the heaviness contributes to them falling off. I have not observed any product degradation or rust develop since I started using them six months ago. However, they aren't my favorite toy, so I don't use them often.
