Ready For Your Close Up, Ms. Vagina?
All in all this mirror is handy to have around, if not for a better view while shaving. Its intended purpose--- sex in the shower--- works OK with it but the lack of strength in the stem can make this mirror fall short(literally). The Sex in The Shower Shaving Mirror is intended to live up to its title- it is made for sex and shaving. This mirror comes with a detachable stem that allows you to adjust it for hands free use or hold it to get the best view.
I'd say the stem could be a little bit stronger; it measures in at about a foot long and mine doesn't retain its shape to keep the mirror up right. The ability to change where it sits, however, (sideways or sticking out from the suction cup) makes it easier to extend in different directions.
The mirror itself has a circumference of about 5" and has a nice magnification of whatever you are looking at. The near sighted will still have issues seeing though, unless you use contacts or glasses that don't fog up (do they make those?). I find mine is much better for a shaving mirror due to its smaller size and durability.
Luckily I knew that this has a protective sheet over it from reading other reviews (thanks Sam and P'Gell!) so I took that off as soon as I took it out of the package. The mirror does fog on me after about 2 months of having it, but it still makes seeing everything so much easier---whether you are shaving or playing and need a better view, this mirror will work for you!

You can even slide it along the wall to where you want it and re attach it easily if it comes off. It may give you a bit of trouble at times, but once you get it situated it will stay put where it is.

I was pretty anxious to get this mirror after seeing it go "discontinued" for a short time after its debut (must have been a glitch), but I am not disappointed with it despite its shortcomings.

Sex in the Shower Shaving Mirror - Suction Cup Help Needed

My bathtub/shower does not have a smooth surface, so suction cups will not stick to the wall. I have tried putting a large square of smooth tape on the tub wall, but that doesn't help. I rent, so I can't do anything to make the wall smoother. Any ideas?

What about the shower floor? I have put mine on the shower floor and ran enough bath water to rinse the razor in, sat down, then I just bent it until I was able to see what I was doing.

Nope, it is the same raised texture as the wall, unfortunately. I can't even put a mat in the bottom. It won't hold.

This has been here for what, a month? It wasn't available most of the time and now it is gone? Was this one of the test products that didn't make it? If so, why?! I was going to order this next, I knew I should have got it last week :(

LOL I think I was the first person to report on that sneeky film. They should write that on the box somewhere! I'm glad others figured it out too. You included! I have noticed that mine is starting to fog...not sure why.
