Venus body butter - body moisturizer by Venus - review by Eva Schwaltz

The Venus Body Butter is a silky smooth lotion you can use anywhere on the body to moisturize the skin. I chose the juniper scent, but it comes in a variety of other scents, such as Milk, Man, Pineapple / Tangerine, Lavender, Cucumber melon, Green tea, Mandarin mango, Pomegranate, Peach, and Unscented.

This product has parabens, so if you are concerned about that, you’ll want to avoid this. Also, if you have allergies to nuts and certain oils, then this would definitely be a bad choice.

This is very thick like any good body butter should be. It absorbs really well and makes my skin feel really soft. It’s not oily or sticky at all which is nice. It feels cold when you first apply it, but it will warm up and spread around easily.

It smells nice but it is not edible so I didn’t taste it. The juniper scent is very sweet, almost sickeningly so. Fortunately the scent is very light, but the other scents may be stronger. The smell reminds me of air re-fresheners rather than big, beautiful luscious gardens (the lavender scent might work better for that). I use this at night and wake up with soft skin. The scent seems to last for about an hour or so, and this particular scent is not overpowering at all.

This body butter absorbs quite quickly, but makes my skin feel soft for a really long time. You’ll need a big dab to cover a large area, so a larger jar would be nice. My skin is very dry so I’ll be going through this 8 ounce jar fairly quickly.

I definitely recommend trying this product out. It is simply divine, and would make for a lovely gift for that special someone.

The body butter comes in a nice jar with a twist off cap. You could reuse the jar once you are through with the product. There is nothing to show you got this at a sex shop so you could leave it out amongst all your other toiletries.
