Gold Dust is shimmery body blush powder, meant to add a slight shimmer to your body, your face, and anywhere you apply it. This beautiful shimmer is perfect for your more dressy occasions, but can be light enough to be worn daily.
I apply my Gold Dust every morning with the rest of my make up, I swipe a quick puff along my breasts, my arms, and when I’m feeling lazy in place of eye shadow.
Gold Dust comes with its very own powder puff and is made from natural ingredients. To those animal friendly people, the final product is NOT tested on animals.
Ingredients: Talc, Mica/Titanium Oxide and/or Mica Iron Oxide, Corn Starch, Honey Extract, and Fragrance.
Gold Dust comes with a safety seal to prevent spills and keep the rest of your order non-sparkly. The powder itself is an off golden color, more beige with a slight sparkle. It is translucent on your skin with just a subtle hint of sparkle.
It reflects light perfectly to provide your body with a shimmer, not glitter. This is far from the stuff you wore to junior prom; this is a more adult version of body shimmer. I’ve tried a few edible body shimmers and found they didn’t provide the shimmer that I liked, let alone a pleasant taste. I was glad when I found out that Gold Dust didn’t even try to be flavored, it just focused on the shimmer.
I will gladly reorder this shimmer when I run out, but I’ve owned my gold dust for three months and it looks just as full as when it arrived in the mail.
You may worry that you will overdo it with the poof that comes with the Gold Dust, but I find that it is really hard to apply too much. It still has a slight shimmer, but I can’t seem to make it cake on my skin, so there isn’t a reason for you to worry about it turning from sensuous to trashy, but don’t worry! This is a classy light shimmer that you will become love from first swipe!
Experience
This is what the shimmer looks like when in direct sunlight. It doesn't look that shiny always. Only when you get into the light does it shimmer. It looks like a bright shimmer, but it really isn't.

I still have the same bottle, and tons of it! I use it every single day, still. It is just the prettiest, but not trashy looking glitter that I own!

I love the smell of the gold dust, but Id really like to see them come out with more scents. Do you prefer the fruity scents or perfume type scents?

What does it smell like? I would've loved to see a picture of how it looks applied to your skin. That might've been hard to capture though.
I have a powder similar to this and I love it! I've had it for a really long time and it lasts and lasts. So I am familiar with how great it is. Thank you for the nice review on such a lovely product
Corabell: I didn't notice that I didn't add the photo with the shimmer! It is unscented/unflavored, but it would be nice if it had a taste or smell. It just doesn't. In the jar there is a light almost honey-almond scent, but it doesn't smell like that on your skin.
