Intimate caress shave cream, a product by Kama Sutra, is exactly as the name would indicate: a shaving cream. Though this product seems to be directed towards women more than men due to its "pretty" scents, it can be used by either gender. It does moisturize and smells fantastic!

In and out of the bottle this product is a whitish color, with a bit of a shimmering look to it. It never foams or lathers up, but instead gives you a film over the area where you are shaving. I use this product for my legs, and it does work very well for that. It isn't terribly thick but won't run everywhere, either, unless you are using way too much! You can't see through the product unless you spread it over a wider area. Once you spread it over the area to be shaved, it rinses off very easily from your hands, to grab your razor.

It feels slick, almost like a water-based lube, and doesn't get sticky at all. I suppose if you were to not rinse all of it off, it may feel a bit sticky.

There is no way I am going to test this for taste, sorry guys! But I can assure you, it probably doesn't taste as delicious as it smells, since this is not edible! As for the aroma, though, oh my! This cream comes in 3 delicious scents: Honeysuckle, Pomegranate, or Coconut/Pineapple.

I chose to get the Pomegranate, since that is one of my favorite scents of all time! It is very true to its name, and really smells like Pomegranate! It smells a tiny bit more sweet than the actual fruit, and is more along the lines of a pomegranate scented lotion.

The scent while still in the bottle if you unscrew the lid, is very strong. If you are prone to headaches, just wait til you shave to smell it, because if you smell it right from the bottle you may end up with pain rather than shaving pleasure! Once in my hands, though, it smelled a lot better, weaker but still enough to notice.

After shaving I noticed the smell on my legs for about 30 minutes, but it faded away a lot from just rinsing, and after the half an hour I couldn't smell it at all.

As a shaving cream, this performs well. It is expensive, but to me it was worth it for the smell alone! To do an entire leg (and I shave full leg not half leg) it took 3 pumps. Because this does not lather, some may be tempted to use more than they really need, but it doesn't take a lot! A little goes a LONG LONG way!

You can use this product two ways. You can wet the skin first, or, you can shave dry! Sometimes when I am in a rush I will shave dry, with something like this I don't have to worry about chaffing with the razor!

While this does not prevent razor burn I did not notice any irritation at all. At first I was slightly concerned because of the strong scent that it would cause some type of reaction, but none!

This product comes in a 8.5 fl oz pump bottle which is clear and lists the product and information on the front and back. The pump with a screw on cap is all black and to prevent it from getting everywhere during shipping, has a little piece you have to pull off before use.

The ingredients are (in order): Water (Aqua/Eau), Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Bromide, Colloidal Oatmeal, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avacado) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Panthenol, Sodium PCA, Dimethicone, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Steareth-21, Sorbic Acid, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance (Parfum).

The only allergy concern you may want to be wary of would be the fragrance, but this wasn't a problem for me and I have very sensitive skin, so hopefully the fragrances are non-irritating to everyone!

I rated this product 5 stars because it works really well and smells so good! I plan to try the other 2 scents as well when I get the money!
