Smells like...eden wipes!
These wipes are totally worth trying out as a free gift. The smell alone is fabulous, along with the fresh feeling you get after wiping lubes and fluids away. I think I would only pay full price if there were more wipes to a package. And they are safe for all toys! I rate 4 stars because mine expired March 2011, even though they are still useable.Published: January 21, 2012
Pros:
Great smell
Cleans well
Multi-purpose

Cons:
Mine came expired.
Want more wipes for the price.

Honestly, when I got the wipes and saw how small the package was, I was a little disappointed. They come in this smooth plastic package (not sure exactly what it's called) that displays edenfantasys.com and "All Purpose Wet Wipes" and "Doesn't contain alcohol, gentle on skin, safe for toys, for external use only." the back side of the package just states a few facts about edenfantasys.com, the ingredients, the phone number to edenfantasys, and an expiration date on the seaming of the package. Mine expired in March 2011, but they still seem fresh and useable to me.
After I opened up the little clear sticker that holds the wipes and moisture in, I noticed the smell right away. It is probably the best wipe I have ever smelled, and having a child, I know quite a bit about wipes and scents that come with them. Even with the sticker covering the hole, I can still smell the scent. I'm guessing the scent comes from tea tree oil and aloe. It smells very refreshing, but not overpowering. There is also a hint of aloe and a very, very mild soap scent.
The ingredients are safe and water based, so these wipes are great to clean any toy. They include: Water, chlorhexidine, glycerin, aloe extract, vitamin E, and tea tree oil. I love the fact that the first ingredient listed is water. The wipes themself are soft and pillow-y, not like many thick paper wipes on the market. They measure 7 1/2 x 6 3/4 and when used the wipes go a long way. After a quick romp with one of my toys I found the best way to use them is to first wipe the toy down real well, then fold the wipe and continue with the lubricant left behind on my body. This wipe left me feeling clean and fresh until I was able to shower.
I really wish I had ordered these as a free gift a lot sooner. I think if there were 20 wipes they would be worth 5 bucks, but 10 are good for a free gift. Another option is to go to a grocery store and pick up a pack of 40 baby wipes for 88 cents, but there is no way of knowing if they are safe for toys and what the crazy list of chemicals really are. The smell of these wipes are divine, even when expired, I suggest everyone to try them at least once!

Follow-up commentary
1 day after original review
These wipes have not expired; the date I mistook for the expiration date was the manufacture date. Either way, I love these wipes and am about to order more. I’m already low!! Everyone should try a pack. Come on people they are free!

Eden Wipes - FYI: date on back of package is made on date, NOT expiration date
-
I just received my first package of these, and was confused at first, at why they sent me wipes that expired in november. However, I looked for threads about this subject, and there already several that state this is the MANUFACTURE DATE. I just wanted to make it easier for everyone to see this information. Also, someone has stated they expire 3 years from the manufacture date. Please feel to verify this information as well.
-
I believe that is the info going around about these. I know there were alot of confused people at first, but I think we got it all figured out. Thank you for confirming it though.

Toy/Body wipes good for... lady parts?
-
I was just wondering if these wipes would be good for using on your lady parts as part of your after-fun-times clean up routine?
I'm trying to get better at cleaning myself up afterwards instead of just being lazy. Normally, I'll just get up and wipe with a tissue or toilet paper, but I feel like I could be doing more to clean up. -
I use the wipes down there quite frequently. I use them after play, when I'm on my period, and whenever I feel the need to. They're really handy.

Is this ok to use with fleshlight?
-
If I use this on a fleshlight, will it damage it or safe to use?
-
I am curious to this answer as well!
-
I don't have a fleshlight but, I've used this product on many types of toys with no issues. The only thing is that these are a bit expensive for just a few wipes and they are small.

Toy wipes vs. wet wipes
-
Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?
-
Quote: Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?I was asking about that in another thread here. See if there's any helpful information there. You might try comparing ingredients on some toy wipes vs. random wet wipes.
I don't have a definitive answer, though. -
Definitely depends on the toy, but I think general wet wipes are probably fine for toys that you clean with just soap and water. I used to buy wet wipes at the drug store that were "sensitive skin formula" or "hands and face" or something like that to try and reduce the amount of unsafe chemicals in them, and I'd always look at the ingredients list. But I've used general wet wipes on my hard plastic toys with no problems.

UNscented option?
-
I've been looking for a wipe like the Eden toy and body wipes--but I can't stand scents. Please produce an unscented version!
-
Unscented baby wipes? I hardly notice the scent on the eden wipes, though.
-
I agree with Elnoa, I hardly notice the scent at all unless I'm purposely trying to smell for it.

Larger pack?
-
I wonder if they will make them in a larger pack soon. The ten pack does not seem like it is enough.
-
I have noticed them in the free gift section.Personally, I would rather have the free shirt!

Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?

Quote: Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?Right now they don't, but if you mention it in the next 'Eden Should Carry...' thread I bet they'd listen! It's a good idea!

Thank you for viewing Eden toy and body wipes review page!

the date on the wipes is a date of manufacture, not an expiration date. just a heads up. good review, thanks for sharing.
My bad. that should probably be on the page, if it's not already.
I like the scent as well, and I normally HATE fragranced products.
Nice review!
