Afterglow Toy and Body Wipes are designed for use both on you and on your toys. According to the package, their “special formula is a disinfectant, an antibacterial and a stimulating astringent.” They also contain bergamot oil to refresh the skin, so despite their cleansing properties, they are body-friendly.
The package claims the wipes are fragrance-free, but I found them to have a bit of a scent--pretty close to a normal baby wipe. The wipes themselves are soft and sturdy, and measure 7.9” x 5.9”. They come in a resealable pack of 20 or in a box of 24 individually wrapped wipes. I have the resealable pack of 20, and it is very compact, measuring about 4” x 5”. The seal on the pack is also holding up well after repeated uses and not losing its stickiness.
I tested out
Afterglow wipes on several toys before and after play, and they worked well at removing everything from dust and lint to lube, particularly on the smoother toys. Toys with ticklers and prominent nubs were more difficult to clean with the wipes, since I had some trouble reaching down in between the protrusions. I did particularly like the
wipes for cleaning bullets and non-waterproof
vibrating toys; they are excellent for cleaning off hand-held battery packs that get lube on them, for example.
The wipes also work well for personal use. They clean slightly better than a traditional baby wipe, and left me feeling fresh and clean. They are not drying, but they also did not leave me with the somewhat oily “moisturizing” feeling some other personal sex wipes leave behind. I also did not experience any irritation from these wipes.
Afterglow Toy and Body Wipes are a nice alternative to baby wipes for cleaning yourself and, more specifically, your toys. It was very nice not to have to mess with a soap and water or a spray bottle and a towel after a play session, and to be able to use one product to clean both myself and my toy.

CW - I didn't notice an Earl Grey smell (though that would be cool!) They just smelled pretty much like baby wipes to me.
Yeah, Oggins, the package is small and seals pretty well, so I wouldn't worry about leaks or anything either.
You know, I had not given their portabliity enough thought! You're right, these would be great for traveling! Just toss them in your purse and go! Thanks for bringing up this point because I just became a whole lot more interested in them!
Does the slight scent smell anything like Earl Grey, because of the bergamot?

Oggins and Bulma, thanks for your comments. I intend to stick with my antibacterial baby wipes and Before & After Toy Cleaner for everyday use, but these will be handy to have for traveling or special occasions.
I've been looking at these, but just couldn't decide if they would be worth it. I like my Before and After toy cleaner, but these look like a great option for travel or to keep a couple in a purse.
Ugh! That's like a dollar per wipe! I guess it might be worth it though just so you don't have to get out of bed all weak legged and walk to the bathroom....
Yes, they do. NOT as well as Before & After Toy Cleaner, in my opinion, but they do work.
