Coochy is a shaving cream designed for shaving, well, your cooch. It works very well for other areas, too. It doesn't foam like your average shave gel, but instead it coats the skin, and it allows for a very close, smooth shave. It is a great shave gel for special occasions or every day use. It claims to help reduce razor burn and irritation, and I would say those claims are based in fact. It is one of the best shaving products I have tried.

This shave cream/gel has a smooth, creamy consistency. It feels kind of like conditioner, and it can actually be used as conditioner. I haven't tried it as conditioner, mostly just because I would have to use too much to condition my hair. It smooths onto skin very well, and it doesn't drip. It forms a nice slick coating on your skin, and it doesn't foam. It stays fairly clear, which is nice because you can see what you are doing.

I got the Coochy shave creme in the Naked Silk Green Tea scent, and it has a nice light green tea scent. It smells fresh and clean. The scent isn't artificial or overpowering, and it doesn't linger on your skin for long after the cream is washed off. I really like the smell, and I think when I re-order I will probably stick with this scent.

I think this may be the best shaving cream I have used in a long time. It makes a nice slick layer on the skin, which lets your razor glide across your skin without pulling or irritating the skin. I have noticed less irritation and less razor burn since I started using Coochy, even with a duller razor. I have done some side by side testing with a regular women's shave gel that foams, using that for one half of my body and Coochy for the other, and the side shaved with Coochy has had less razor burn and a smoother shave every time. The difference is even more evident when shaving intimate areas.

Coochy comes in a pump top bottle. A few pumps is all it takes to dispense enough product to shave a leg. I prefer this to the typical shave gel can that sprays out the gel, as it keeps you from wasting the shave cream by spraying too much out at a time. The bottle is nice looking, with a metallic green label. It does say Coochy Intimate Shave gel, so I guess you couldn't really call it discrete. It's a slightly risqué name for a shaving product.
