Soft, silky, pretty kitty!

If you're in the market for a new shaving cream for your intimate areas, Inttimo Shave Kreme is worth checking out. I like it a whole lot better than Coochy, which I thought was the best thing ever. It's got a ton of moisturizers in it and allows you to get a smooth, irritation-free shave due to the amazing glide it gives your razor. My kitty was never so happy.

Use

Inttimo Shave Kreme is a shaving cream meant to help prevent razor burn and irritation. I have a huge suspicion that they replaced the word "vagina" with the word "kitty" on the tube when saying "kitty and total body shave kreme". This product is geared towards those looking to shave their pubic area and avoid horrible razor burn that some other shaving creams can leave behind. This stuff can be used for just about anything you want to shave. I've used it on my underarms with amazing results. It makes my legs super smooth. And yes, it makes your "kitty" super pretty. It can be used by men and women because of the light scent.

The ingredients are: Water, aloe barbadensis (organic aloe vera) leaf juice, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetearyl alcohol, stearalkonium chloride, hydroxyethyl ethylcellulose, wheat amino acids, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, silk amino acids, panthenol (pro-vitamin b5), avena sativa (oat) kernel extract, allantoin, stearyl alcohol, peg-75 lanolin, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter) extract, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate), fragrance (parfum), tetrasodium edta, peg-8 dimethicone, peg-8 ricinoleate, fragrance (parfum), phenoxythanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, citric acid, blue#1 (Ci#42090) and red 33 (Ci7200).

Yes, this has a lot of stuff in it. There are a ton of skin conditioners. These unclude: aloe, jojoba oil, silk amino acids, pro-vitamin b5, oat extract, shea butter, and vitamin E. The amount of mositurizers in this product rivals those of lotions! I've used a lot of other things made for shaving a specific area, and they were nowhere near as moisturizing as this stuff.

On the other hand, it does contain added fragrance, glycerin, and parabens. If you have super sensitive skin, you might want to avoid this. The package states: "For external use only. Keep out of eyes and ears. While this product is rash free for most consumers, a small percentage may be sensitive to an ingredient. Test a small area before use and if a rash or irritation develops, discontinue use immediately."

The instructions say: "Gently apply to wet skin before shaving. Shave, then rinse."

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Much like Coochy Creme, this stuff has the consistency of a hair conditioner. It's more lotiony than lathery. It's a white cream with just a hint of a purple hue. It's about the same thickness as hair conditioner, as well. The tube would be the best way to dispense this product, as it's a little thick to be used in bottle form easily.

When you apply it, rub a bit and it will start to have a slight lather, but nothing like normal shaving creams. It is incredibly smooth and gives your skin a lot of glide so that any drag from the razor is minimized. Compared to Coochy, this one made shaving a lot smoother of a process.

Because it isn't super thick like shaving cream, so it's best used when facing away from the shower, or during a bath. When you go to rinse, it comes off very easily, and your skin is left very moisturized.

Taste / Aroma

This product is supposed to have a "Forbidden Fruit" scent to it. I was barely able to notice much of a scent. What I could make out seemed more like a berry scent than your typical fruity fragrances, and smelled very nice. Unless I held the tube up to my nose, I couldn't smell anything at all. After shaving, no scent was really left behind on my skin or hands. This makes is a plus for men who want to use the shave cream but are deterred by the womanly scent.

Performance

When I use this, I always run myself a bath and make sure to sit in it for about 5 or so minutes to soften up my skin. I use about a nickel-sized amount for my pubic area, but you can use less if desired. I make sure to rub it into the area really well and get as much lather as I can. After that, I let it sit for about a minute and get to shaving. The glide this stuff gives the razor is unlike any other product I've used. It does an awesome job at keeping the razor from dragging on the skin and across the hair. This is usually where your shaving irritation comes from. After I'm done, I give it a good rinse. Then, I take a tiny amount and rub it back over the areas I just shaved to soothe the skin. It rinses off super clean and leaves your skin incredibly smooth.

I've found that this stuff has cut down my razor burn tremendously. I have slightly sensitive skin and itch horribly for about a week afterward. With this, there's none of that at all. It lets the razor get a lot closer of a shave and conditions the skin, as well.

Because such a small amount of this is needed for each use, the 2 oz. bottle or 8 oz. tube should last you quite a while.

Personal comments

At first, I was really happy with Coochy. It was doing a pretty good job. I was hesitant to try this stuff because I'm not really a fan of WET products. While I was waiting for the Inttimo to soak in, I compared the ingredients with the ones in Coochy. The Inttimo's top ingredients are ones to help soothe your skin, while Coochy's are things like alcohol. I think I'm going to stick with this.
Follow-up commentary
After using this, I used Coochy the next time. It made me appreciate this product even more. This one left my skin softer and much smoother. I only had a very slight itch when the hair started to grow back, but nothing compared to using regular shaving cream. I even shaved twice in three days and have no problems. Anywhere I shaved was left with a super awesome softness that nothing else can compare to.

Interesting, I'm looking into trying this if I start shaving again.

Honestly, I can tell it's a lot better than other stuff. I accidentally missed a spot with the cream and could tell exactly where it was because I had razor burn there but no where else. I'm still super soft.

Until I read the comment above this one, I was going to hedge bets that the soaking part of your shaving routine was probably doing more good than the cream itself. Guess not! Thanks for the review. I think I'll stick to using conditioner.
