Wet Keep It Clean toy wash is an easy to use foaming toy cleaner. The wash is safe, and is rated in the Top 50 Toy Cleaners & Wipes on EdenFantasys. The foam gets in all the deep crevices of a toy, and is easy to rinse off. Great for toys with lots of texture, or for a quick wash-and-go toy cleaner.
This toy wash has a great light foam. It dispenses through a foam pump top, and only lets out a small amount of product at a time. Since it foams in the bottle as its pumped, it uses very little of the toy cleaner each time. This is great, because I absolutely hate buying toy cleaner. The cleaner comes in a 7.5 ounce botle for only $9.99. I only use it for my really grooved and textured toys, and with masturbators (I feel I already pay for water and soap, so.). The foam fills all the grooves, textures, and holes well, and rinses away clean. It gets in spot I might otherwise have to break out a toothbrush for! If you're a no-fuss kinda person, and you're looking for a quick, easy toy cleaner, this one does wonders.
Wet Keep It Clean is pretty safe. I'm irritation prone and have very sensitive skin, yet I've never has any issues with any Wet products before. This toy cleaner has Deionized Water, Lauryldimoniumhydroxypropyl Decylglucosides Chloride, PEG-8, Polysorbate 20, Stearyldimoniumhydroxyproply Laurylglucosides Chloride, Phenoxythethanol, Capryylyl Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Triclosan USP, Citric Acid, and Frangrance as ingredients. The fragrance could irritate a few people, but its not likely since you do rinse he cleaner off. It is also hypo-allergenic and Phthalates free.
The foam is clear, and is does have a slight smell, hence the fragrance ingredient. Its not a bad smell, kind of like scented tampons. The advantage of actually disinfecting your toys compared to jsut washing them with water is soap is great. It makes your toys last longer, and gives one the peace of mind that the toy they're using is really clean, not just washed.

Experience
Use it on my grooved and textured toys. Have used it on masurbator sleeves as well. Gets in small areas and actually gets them clean.

Wet has one of the best toy cleaners and here's why: it dissolves lube right off of your toys. I've seen it demoed and you literally can see it working and see it cleaning your toy. The foam starts to break up your lube and you can see it dripping off your toy. In a pinch I have just used baby wipes and I've used spray cleaner when I'm lazy but the foam works great!
