The Y-Style Clamps with Clit Clamp are meant to worn by clamping two clamps on the nipples and one on the clit. This is for the person who likes anything from added constant pressure to those areas (or one or the other) all the way to getting pleasure from painful pinching. This is the first set of any clamps my husband and I have gotten and so I can say they work great for the person wanting to explore the idea of nipple and clitoral clamps. The ability to increase the pressure to a painful level makes it versatile for even the more advanced user. You can wear them during partner intercourse, solo play, and even under clothes, though, they would be noticeable if the clothes are too tight against the body.

The entire clamp and chain are all made from metal meaning there is no smell and no taste. There wasn't even a smell when we first broke into the packaging. The metal also adds a nice touch for the senses as it is cold and rests against the body in feather light touches. The chains means its not seamless and so watch out for hair, it could get caught in the chain links and that wouldn't be pleasant. The clamps themselves are covered with rubber sleeves, so that the teeth on the clamps are not directly digging into the skin.

The design works great as the clit chain and clamp are detachable from the nipple clamps and their chain allowing you to choose which or both you want to use. This is such an easy to to put on and to adjust the pressure on the clamps to your liking. This toy was great because they give enough slack in the clit chain that it will definitely reach, in fact we had loose chain it reached so well. Because the clamps are adjustable they will easily fit anyone's nipples. They also give enough slack in the nipple chain that they will reach from nipple to nipple. I am a G cup and the chain was loose even when it was secured to both nipples.

These clamps do not have any vibrations or suction of any kind. They are very basic and are meant just to provide that pinching pressure to the nipples and clit.

Do remember that nipple clamps do need to be used with safety in mind. Do not wear them for too long as they can damage nerves and bite into the skin causing skin damage. Do not rip them off, but be careful when removing so as not to cause damage then either. For the most part listen to your body, it will tell you when you have crossed a line from fun to pain or damage.

These was our first set of clamps as we wanted to give it a try. We weren't sure how well they would work of if they would even stay on, since I have inverted nipples. But boy what a surprise! These loving clamps held on perfectly and weren't jarred by any of the action or pulling on the chain. They were able to provide the perfect pressure and we a cinch to adjust when I needed to. They only bummer was we lost the rubber cover the clit clamp after the first use, so until we find it or replace it we are limited to the nipple clamps or the clit clamp alone. But either one is still enjoyable.
