Petite oil of love - oil discontinued by Kama Sutra - review by DomonCoshu

The Petite Oil of Love from Kama Sutra is a very nice massage oil. I would say that it could be used as a lubricant for toys, a massage oil, and used for stimulation of the penis or clitoris. This is all based on your taste and comfort ability of using this oil. For the wife and I, we didn't particularly like the taste to use it for a blowjob, or licking my wife's clit. It also, of course, worked great as a massage oil. We spent probably 15 to 20 minutes giving massages to one another, testing the massage oil on the back, breast, nipples, and tasting it.

Before using this massage oil you, will want to make sure that you do not have any reactions to glycerin. Glycerin has been known to cause allergic reaction in some people. One other key point of using the product is it should really only be used externally, and using a condom is prohibited. I am also going to add a list of ingredients a little later.

I didn't mind so much the texture or the oiliness of the oil, since it's not as thick or greasy as a lotion. The oil did pour easily, but I would still say you have to be careful since there was nothing to slow the flow of the oil. The texture is somewhat like a syrup, as it pours out smoothly and then has a medium thickness when you start to massage it around.

The consistency and viscosity of the massage oil are medium. It doesn't have the stickiness of syrup, just the consistency, as when you apply it and are running your hands across the area it smooths right out, allowing your hand to run smoothly across the area. Though it isn't sticky, you will have shower after use.

Now we get to the best part I think, because don't we normally buy these products for the taste and aroma? I believe we do, but as for this oil, I don't think you are necessarily buying it for the taste. The taste is somewhat strange, it has a bit of a bitter taste from the sodium saccharine. There is just a slight hint of the strawberry flavor, but the warming sensation was definitely strange. I guess I just didn't get to much of a taste really, because the warming completely took over my mouth.

The aroma, I really would've liked it to have had more of a smell to it. The smell isn't bad by any means, it is just a light smell of strawberries. Even while using it, there isn't a strong smell. Even when I was massaging my wife's back, leaning over and smelling it, it was very faint. The smell of the oil reminds me of a strawberry drink, like a Fanta or Kool-aid drink.

We definitely enjoyed this product -- who doesn't love a massage and play time after? We wouldn't be here if we didn't. We ended up going to the bedroom, laying on the bed, and applying it to each others backs. It only takes a small amount, and that was another thing great about this oil. About 5 or 6 drops will last you around 15-20 minutes, until the oil starts to dry up a bit. Another great factor of the oil is, if you blow on it, it heats up as your are blowing on it.

As for cleanup, you need to shower -- there isn't anyway around it. This oil leaves that oily feeling on your skin, and you don't want to walk around all day with it on you. Also, since it is a sugary product, it most likely will become sticky over time if left on your skin. Another thing I just wanted to re-mention is that you don't want to use a condom with this oil, because it contains sucrose which can cause yeast infections. It also contains glycerin, which can cause allergy concerns if you were allergic.

Some positives of this oil though, are that it is latex safe, hypoallergenic, and stain-free. Still back to my recommendation, don't use with a condom as it will degrade and even break it. Also, it says it is stain free, but be careful. The wife and I are still going to continue to use the oil. It was great, and I would recommend it.

Now, I was actually confused when we received this. It was a gift, but that isn't why we were confused. The confusion came when I saw the package and read the reviews. I was somewhat envious of everyone else, because I really wanted the awesome container that is shown in the picture. I guess they don't package it that way, or that they don't put the cork in it anymore, since when we received it there wasn't a cork. Instead, it has a a plastic lid. The bottle it comes in is till glass, though.

There is one special property to this oil. It has a warming sensation that is brought out by blowing on the oil. I don't think that you have to blow on this to create the sensation, but I would say that it adds more to the sexuality to the oil. It is just a warming feeling, and it isn't to hot at all. It's just enough to really enjoy the massage and the oil. We really enjoyed the warming, and the massage.

The wife and I really enjoyed this oil. It definitely was a great gift. Who doesn't love a good massage? The wife and I sure do, and she loves them even more being almost 9 months pregnant. The warming sensation is great; it isn't too hot, and it provides a great warming sensation. It lasted long enough to enjoy a good massage and then to move onto something more intimate and fun.
