Strong Somewhat Stinky Shave Kreme

It wouldn't matter if the bottle of shave kreme stood up and started talking to me...I am unimpressed because of the smell. I can't be the only woman who doesn't want to heavily perfume my body parts while I shave them. However, even looking past the smell, the product is really no better than any other similar product.

Use

Inttimo shave kreme can be used to prevent nicks and cuts during shaving of any part of the body. Supposedly, this is a rash free product, and as someone who has struggled with razor burn at the most inopportune times, I am glad to say that it has been rash free for me. However, I think it is worth noting that there are a LOT of ingredients in this product, and I have noticed other reviewers have been irritated by the product. I would recommend finding a test spot first (let's say an armpit), and if the area isn't irritated the day following your shave, then feel free to use it anywhere that you have hair that you don't want.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The shave kreme is very smooth and is somewhat the consistency of Suave shampoo. It is easy to squeeze from its tube, though I tend to enjoy the traditional Barbasol dispenser. It feels like a lot of work goes into coating my body parts with this kind of dispenser versus a foaming one. The shave kreme stays on well enough to not be washed off by the mist of the shower that hits me during shaving. There is no residue after use, but I don't feel like it makes my skin much softer either. It would be nice if I felt more moisturized after use.

Taste / Aroma

Obviously, this is not an edible product. However, it is a smelly product. The scent of this shave kreme is forbidden fruit, which I guess is somewhat like passion fruit. The only issue is that this smell really should have been forbidden. It's far too strong, and it seems like several scents are trying to compete at once. This may even remind some individuals of the smell of rotting fruit. I actually don't use this product above the waist in order to keep from getting a headache from the scent. Others seem to like the scent, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with an even mildly sensitive nose...unless it is winter and you have a cold.

Performance

With this kreme having the consistency of shampoo, the feeling is very different from my Barbasol. It isn't so thick across the surface. Overall, it works very similarly though. I didn't notice any difference between the two products with my legs in the end. I don't tend to cut myself with either, and neither leaves my skin feeling baby butt soft. I used the same razor for both as well to cancel out any differences based on blade.

Packaging

This packaging is super informative...as if you couldn't tell by the picture. However, all of the print is tiny. I have 20/20 with my glasses, and it gave me a headache to try to read the back of this. For that reason, I will offer up the ingredients list from the product page rather than trying to read and type all of it.
