Eden toy and body wipes - wipes discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by HannahPanda

Added to the many products Eden produces as a company are their signature wipes. These are fantastic for a quick wipe down of products, or for your skin.
For a pack of 10, I can't justify the price, but they are great as a product that Eden offers for free with a purchase. If you were buying these, they'd be exactly .50 cents per wipe. That's just nonsense.

The soft plastic pack is really convenient. They're small enough to carry with you anywhere, so they're useful at home or on the go. I personally keep a pack in my toy drawer all the time and just pull open the flap on top when I need one. The downside of having a sticky flap on top to close the package is that when you get down to your last few wipes, usually the grip has faded a bit and they can dry out quite quickly with air let in. I've tested the wipes after they dried out a bit, and they do still work, but not as well as when the package is sealed tightly.

On the front design of the package is Eden's website and underneath "All Purpose Wet Wipes." The package speaks the truth, as these are very gentle on skin and have been safe for use on my toys and my skin for months with no issue at all. These are for external use only, so if you're cleaning up a genital area, no poking the wipe into crevices. They're gentle, but better safe than sorry. Also on the package is an abstract design in Eden's signature colors of circles and squares slightly overlapping. It isn't going to win a design of the year award, but I like that it's kept simple and tasteful for the front of the package. On the back, the benefits of joining Eden are listed for the top half, and on the bottom, is Eden's contact information and a list of ingredients in the wipes. There's a date on the seam that many at first assume is the expiration date, however, this is actually the date the wipes were manufactured.

Ingredients: Water, Chlorhexidine, Glycerin, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil

The ingredients are mild for most, minimal, and didn't invoke a raised eyebrow from me whatsoever. They have no alcohol added, which is imperative for me when looking for a good set of wipes to use on my skin. I love that Aloe is included, as well as Tea Tree Oil. I also like the fact that these are so mildly scented. Some would say they smell slightly baby-wipeish, but it's a lot milder and I find that it's a very clean smell. There's no real taste to them. I've wiped a toy down with one and used it less than an hour later orally and you can't even tell that a wipe was used on the toy at all. They're supposedly anti-bacterial as well, so that they'll kill any bacteria that may be lingering on the surface or pores of toys. They're safe to use on any material that toys are made of, so you can clean away with no worries about damaging a toy.

The wipes themselves are white and slightly damp. When using them, you'll notice a wetness on skin or the toy you're cleaning and it dries extremely quickly. They're made of a stretchy material and when you pull the edges, it easily expands and pulls the wipe outwards.

The packaging is not discreet, unfortunately, due to the fact that Eden's logo with "The Sex Shop You Can Trust" is printed so largely on the label. The wipes don't state their purpose clearly on the packaging, but Eden's logo is just so big that it makes the wipes not discreet at all. I feel this should be changed so that those who live with roommates or would like more discreet packaging can have a good set of wipes that doesn't give anything away.

I would recommend these to just about anybody, but especially for those who have more sensitive skin like my own. I think Eden has a great design going for them with the wipes themselves and are extremely generous to give them out as a freebie with an order. I add them on a lot of my orders to make sure I always have some on hand.

I use these mostly for clean up on my skin after masturbation. They're also pretty handy for the lazy, or those who live with roommates and can't bring all of their toys they've used to a sink. I use one wipe, and it gets the job done really well. Sometimes I use them to wipe down toys that have lube on them, and it gets rid of any left over lube extremely well. For a less expensive brand of wipe, I think these get the job done and love that they can compete with more expensive wipe brands. Definitely get yourself some if you haven't yet.

Would I buy these as my first choice for toy wipes? No. Are they amazing and beneficial for being free? Yes. I like having these around because I can get pretty lazy after sex. The last thing I want to do is get up and perform a cleaning ceremony on the six toys we used. Wipes are a quick and easy way to temporarily store a toy until you can set aside a good time to clean them in depth. These wipes smell mild and fresh, and I like that they fit pretty much anywhere I can think to store them.
