Enjoy the massager for muscle aches and pains. The heat will last long enough to offer comfort to those with mild muscle aches. It is also great for reducing menstrual cramps. Another great use I have found is for giving a massage. It can be place on the back while massaging areas around it to add heat. Or it can covered with a massage oil and then rubbed over the body to add heat to a sensual massage. The heart does have a seam around the outer rim, but it did not interfere with the massage. If the massager is place in the palm of a hand, it slides smoothly over the skin and the seam does not touch.

The Heart Warmer is still holding up nicely. I have reused it over two dozen times. Each time I use it, afterward, it has to be boiled before another use. After multiple boils... the warmer is still working like brand new. The heart warmer is an inexpensive, quality product that I am very happy with.

Sort of like when your lap top overheats, its really warm but it doesn't hurt... until you let it *keep* sitting on your lap.

I want one of these things but I haven't gotten around to buying it lately.
I love how to added about putting a towel in the bottom of the pot! I bought one from another company and ended up burning the pad from the direct contact to the pot. I loved it and I will definitely be buying another one.
Sounds like a great product with mulit uses, cramps, massage, back aches. Love the step by step pics.
