The massage oil was great but the smell wasn't for me.

The tantric massage oil is a great oil. I enjoyed receiving and giving massages with this oil. I will next time order a different smell; the Nirvana oil was too musky and earthy of a smell for me, but some people really enjoy that.

Use

This oil is great for any massage on any part of your body. This product is great for any couple wanting an extra slip and slide while giving or receiving a massage. This oil is awesome and can be used anytime you want to massage or receive a massage. I, however, would not recommend this product if you don't like a strong smell. It is very musky smelling, but for me it worked well.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of this oil is great. It feels like silk on your body when receiving a massage. I also gave my hubby a massage with this oil, and it slides and feels so good. This oil is not greasy or sticky.

Taste / Aroma

The oil smells good, not great! I was hoping for a real sexual smell with the name "Nirvana," but it was very musky and earthy. It's not a bad smell, but I just wished it would have been a softer smell. I did not taste this oil, and I would not recommend it. They do make edible oils, but this is not one of them.

Performance

The oil lasted for a good 30 minute massage and then some. I did jump in the shower after, and it washed right off. I would recommend a scrubby poof to get the oil off, but if you don't have one, that's OK. I was very happy about the long lasting, not greasy feeling I got from this massage oil. I didn't, however, like the strong musky smell, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Packaging

This oil came in no package, just the shipping box. No instructions were included, but there is writing on the back with the product's contents. There is no need to hide the oil; everyone loves a great massage! I would be very careful with travel, only because I would be afraid of spilling on other objects, unless you put it in a ziplock bag; then you're OK!

This was a good massage oil ... but the smell turned me off. I tried it again a few different times to really give the product a try, but it's just not for me. It's definitely a shame since the consistency was definitely good for a massage.

Thank you for the review. I am looking into different massage oils to use with my wife. I have a few questions and hope you don't mind.

Would you be able to use this and be intimate or do you recommend showering first (You mentioned you showered and was curious if there was a specific reason-maybe just the smell?)? Or a reason you recommend a scrubby (you stated it was not oily so was it tacky or sticky?)

If you got this on bedding - is it going to stain? That is a big one with my wife.

Does it dispense easily or should you be especially careful?

Mark....def can be intamate after the massage I did the first time i used it. ..Just don't do it on any good sheets.. no I showered after The massage the second time because of the smell.. Hope that helps

      And I wonder why they dont list the ingredients?
    • The way socceras describes it, I think I would enjoy it! I have had lubes that leak before and it doesn't stop me from using them. The ingredients thing might make me hesitate, but I am only allergic to Codene as far as I know so it wouldn't stop me. =)
