This set of "vibrating panties" is designed for those that are interested in discreetly experiencing intimate sensations. You could wear it for a nice walk or a trip to the grocery store, and odds are that no one would notice.

Of course, using this in the confines of your home all by yourself probably wouldn't be that exciting.

The panties are smooth to the touch and the mini-bullet included has a nice texture. Everything was odor-free and just as you'd hope.

There are two fatal flaws with this product. The first is the design (and the second I'll get to later).

Needing to tie the edges of the panties close is an absolute deal breaker for me. It takes time away from what's important -- the woman I'm having wear these -- and focusing it on my Boy Scout knot tying skills. A good set of vibrating panties needs to be slip on and go, especially for comfort. And if the knots start to come undone under your clothing, that gets in the way of public use.

The one benefit of tying is that it reinforces the "one size fits all" approach. If your lover is curvaceous and can't find anything that suits her, this just might.

The bullet that comes with this only has one setting: disappointment. Even when you take it out of the sleeve inside the panties (which further dulls the sensation) and try to apply it directly to sensitive areas, it still isn't strong enough for advanced play.

As a bonus however, it's fairly quiet, and thus is pretty discreet. This is more of a mental toy than a physical one, as the vibration reminds the user of its presence, which is perfect for kinky public jaunts.

The bullet slides right out of the panties' pouch, so you can clean the cloth and the toy separately. As far as lubrication goes, it isn't really applicable. There's no room for it with this set up.

The packaging was gaudy as always, but what're you gonna do? It was flimsy cardboard not worth keeping with blatant imagery on the front.

This pair of soft, smooth panties looked like a good grab for my lady friend. We're both into the idea of subtle vibrations (if you know what I mean). Sadly, they were a pain to get on and off and all together too weak for our use. I may try them again for the mental aspect only, but they offer very little physically.

The first time I put them on her tying them was difficult. It pretty much killed the mood, and the weak vibrations didn't help revive it either. Maybe pre-tied just for your lady friend's size would work, but it still doesn't quite meet my expectations.
