Like most kinksters, I have a variety of toys in my stash, and it seems only logical to buy one product that will clean nearly anything. System JO Anti-Bacterial Toy Cleaner solves that problem, is gentle on sensitive skin, and the discreet packaging is a definite plus.
Foam Pump
When it comes to cleaning up after sex, I have to admit, I am pretty lazy. I've just had a really good time, and cleaning up after fun is usually not glamorous. But it is only responsible and hygienic to do so, and System JO takes some of the hassle out of the process by employing a sturdy pump that produces a stable foam. The opening of the dispenser does not drip or get clogged like some other products tend to after a few uses.
Effectiveness
The System JO Anti-Bacterial Toy Cleaner makes quick work of anything that remains on your favorite toys. Glycerin-free, paraben-free, and petro-chemical free, the manufacturer has eliminated the worst offenders when it comes to irritants, while still being anti-bacterial. I have used the product several times a week for about a month with absolutely no issues on toys of any material, nor my own (generally very sensitive) skin.

When comparing cleaners, there were several that I would have considered trying, if it were not for the obvious packaging. Some things I don't want to explain to my kids, or have visitors notice. System JO uses a very discreet label. Yes, it says exactly what it is on the package, Toy Cleaner, but not once on the package does it give any indication that the intended toys are of a sexual nature and the design on the label is non-suggestive. I wouldn't leave it on the bathroom counter, but if you accidentally did, I don't think anyone would notice. Due to the fact there are 7 fl oz, it would not work for a carry-on bag if you needed to travel.

Experience
This is a $10 product, and it will last for a while. It has performed as promised and I know I don't have to worry about it damaging the surfaces of my toys.
However, I am not certain that there is any real benefit over a similar but more readily available, hypoallergenic product with a foam pump. Before purchasing this product again, I would investigate if an off-the-shelf product would perform just as well for a fraction of the price.

I imagine that most are, but it might also be how like regular soap isn't always specifically anti-bacterial. I don't know the ins and outs of how soap is manufactured, though, so I'm not the best person to ask. :P

All soap (and likely all sex cleaners) will help to physically remove most bacteria. In most cases this is all you need for health. Antibacterial compounds don't work well on a porous toy because there can be enough organic material in the pores to block or neutralize tha antibacterial chemical, and for them to work you need to follow all directions for wait time. Since people can be or become sensitive to many of them and other heath effects are not well known I strongly advise that you not worry about whether something is antibacterial or not. Get nonporous toys, wash with soap, and if you need more assurance sanitize with 10% bleach or boil it. Otherwise use condoms.
