After trying both Liquid V and Cleopatra's Secret, the "secret" is out. The first thing about Cleopatra's Secret that I noticed was the scent. They smell absolutely amazing!! No matter what flavor you prefer, the scent of this gel is fabulous, no sickly sweet tinge that a lot of gels and lubes tend to have. The gels are colored, but I've yet to have any of them stain or leave residue on any of my clothing or bedclothes.

It doesn't take much, but this gel is much easier to control the sensations of as opposed to something like Liquid V. Use a small amount and the sensations are lessened, use a little more and you get something stronger. If you found Liquid V too intense or if you don't like that menthol, tingling feeling, I would suggest you give Cleopatra's Secret a try. All the gels are flavored, which makes them great for oral sex, something you certainly can't do with Liquid V. The taste of this gel is closer to candy than a lube or a gel, which is great for those of us who really dislike that heavy, syrupy flavor. If you're concerned about sugar, Cleopatra's Secret is sugar free as it uses sorbitol (a sugar substitute.) Cleopatra's Secret is safe to use with toys and condoms but isn't intended to be used as a lubricant.

My partner loves this gel just as much as I do! He loves the taste. I've found that while using this solo, it's a pleasant tingle, but it really shows its colors during oral sex. It combines all different kinds of sensations *and* provides your partner with a yummy taste! It's a little more sticky than Liquid V, but still relatively simple to clean up. I would suggest using water or a wet towel as opposed to a dry rag.
