This candle not only set the mood, but it also provided the wax which melts onto your skin for a perfect body massage. For those who have dry skin this massage candle could actually help because the ingredients that it contains are all natural which means that it is safe for your body, while moisturizing your skin as well.

This candle was exactly what I expected, even though the price wasn't. $4.95 was kind of steep for such a small candle, but I said what the heck, why not? So I went ahead and ordered it and gave it a shot. Not to mention that this is my first "massage oil candle", so I thought that this would be great for starters, and it was. This candle is compatible with most skin types. If you have very, very sensitive skin or a skin disorder, I definitely wouldn't recommend any type of use. All others I would recommend giving it a try. The ingredients are as follows: Glycine soja (soy was), Butrosperum parkii (Shea butter), prunus armeniaca (apricot) Kernel oil, perfume This product leaves your skin feeling very much silky, and smooth.

After lighting the candle and letting it burn for a few minutes I noticed how low the flame was on the candle. This was a drawback because the wax didn't melt properly as it should have. I have used this candle three times and still have about one more use left out of it, due to the slow burning of the wick. Some may consider this a drawback, others may not because the slower it burns the more wax you can have left over for next time and by this being a "massage oil candle", and I figured maybe they are supposed to burn slowly, just for that purpose.

The Massage Oil Candle wax absorbs smoothly and nicely into the skin. The color of the candle is white and it turns into a clear liquid when it is melted. You may notice a white residue while massaging but this will quickly go away as you continue to massage. The feel of the oil begins off waxy but as you keep massaging onto the skin, you will not even be able to feel it.

The smell of this candle is absolutely amazing. The scent that I got was the Coconut/Vanilla. It actually smelled like coconut with a hint of vanilla. If you are a big fan of coconut I would definitely recommend this product. You will surely fall in love. Even if you are not a die-hard fan of coconut, the scent is so intoxicating and pleasuring I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. The smell gets even more intensifying as you are massaging. I believe this is because the wax is being absorbed into the skin, and the skin to skin contact makes it smell that much better.

I gave my boyfriend a full back massage. A lot of wax wasn’t used due to the low flame of the candle which didn’t produce a great amount of wax but he was still pleasantly satisfied. The heat from the massage candle was "just right" as he put it. The temperature wasn’t anywhere near overwhelming. It relaxed him more than anything.

The massage candle arrived in a cardboard insert. It is a small metal candle which has a plastic sticker cover to protect the contents. The packaging is great for travel because it’s so small and discreet. Great for purse and/or suitcase travel.

Even though I have ran out of this candle, I will definitely be buying more of these. They are small, convenient, and have a lovely scent to them. I absolutely loved the fragrance that this candle had. 5 out of 5 stars!!
