Lubricant discontinued

Thicker than water, but only just

If you want something that works for a quick session when you just can't wait, then this lube would work great. Otherwise I'd shop elsewhere, it doesn't increase sensation enough to really notice a difference and some women might experience a drying out of their natural lubrication after repeated use.

Pros
Good for a quickie, works well if you want to get straight to the main event with no preamble.
Cons
A little too watery for my tastes, doesn't increase sensation enough to be notable.

useful review
Materials: water-based, includes L-Arginine (this material is controversial, some studies claim it increases the risk of cervical cancer, to be on the safe side if you have a history of it in your family, don't use lubes or anything else that has this stuff in it.)

Safe for: all toy types

Cleanup: water, rinses right off leaving no residue behind

Texture: ever mix about 2 cups of water wit a few tablespoons of flour? that's this stuff, very watery version of most other water-based lubes.

Review: We weren't that sure what we'd be getting when we requested this item for review...after all the only lubes we'd tried had been basically just the generic lubricants one would use when you need a little extra beyond what your body is producing naturally. When we saw that this one was supposed to increase sensation we decided 'hey why not, anythings worth a try at least once.' We figured at most it wouldn't do much (like the tingling stuff we'd tried before) or it'd make us wonder what the heck we'd gotten ourselves into.

It took a little longer than usual for the package containing the tube to arrive, our local post office was working double duty while one of the other offices was out of commission for repairs to a larger portion of the building (wiring fried when the power surged...hit about half of that section of town). But after it arrived the first thing we did was tear open the package. We put a small amount of it on our fingers (a couple drops) and noticed right off the bat that this stuff was very watery. Almost poured out of the container, luckily we had it tilted so the hole was facing upwards. Given the texture we figured that when we used it we wouldn't need a lot of it.

That was incorrect. It works great for lubricating but unfortunately given its texture it wears off rather quickly. So if you're just going for a quickie session then by all means this stuff works great but if you're going for a much longer session with your partner or a toy then look elsewhere. We also didn't experience much if any change in the level of sensation. After a few uses we did notice an unanticipated side effect...don't know if it's the same with everyone but with me it all but killed the natural lubrication I was producing. We had to stop using it and about a week later it was back to normal. We suspect it was just a bad reaction I had to the l-arginine in the lubricant.
Follow-up commentary
To be fair, we gave this another go. Still didn't like it. It killed the natural lubrication I produced on my own, and we needed an absolutely stupid amount of the stuff to make it a worthwhile lubricant. It has been evicted from the toy drawer and sits in the back of our closet in a box full of other discarded things or stuff like socks with no matches.

Nice review! It sucks that this lube was unsatisfactory. We don't usually go for the "special features" lubes either. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, all-around good water-based lube, try Maximus. It contains parabens, but it's fantastic!

thanks ^^ ill haveta look that up...the 'special features' lubes ive noticed arnt the best...we had a tingling one sample once that smelled like peppermint schnapps but all it did was create an unpleasant burning sensation...yea not usin that again lol
