There are only two vibrations but that's all you really need. The low vibration is pretty powerful itself. It's just the right amount of vibration. I usually use it on the low vibration. The high vibration is very, very strong. When I first got mine, I was NOT expecting it to be that strong. I'd use it with caution your first time using it on the high setting.

This product may not be for everyone. Because like I said, even the low vibration is really strong. If you're really sensitive, I would suggest having a barrier between you and the Hitachi, or not using it at all.

It's very long, but only the end part vibrates. The product is maybe about the length of your forearm. The cord is pretty long too but if you're planning on using it across the room from an outlet, I suggest you get an extension cord.
