extremely useful review
These are AA Duracell batteries that come in a pack of four. These are very handy to get, not just for sex toys, but for whatever takes these batteries, such as clocks, calculators, remotes, children’s toys, you name it. Most battery operated sex toys use AA’s, so these are really good to stock up on.

It is really important to remove batteries, no matter what kind, from something that is not going to be used for a while. Corroded batteries will destroy your toys. I store all of my sex toy batteries in a little box which keeps them separate. Keep them stored at room temperature will allow them to last a long time. Refrigerating them will not make them last longer. In fact, you can destroy them by subjecting them to extreme temperatures.

Also, don’t try to recharge them if they are not rechargeable. When they are drained of power, make sure to dispose of them according to your city’s regulations because they are toxic and need to be recycled properly.

If a defective battery happens to destroy your device, Duracell will try to replace it. Although, for the things I use these batteries for, I'm not sure that I'd want them to. You can find their guarantee on their website.

These types of batteries are so common, no one is going to question where you got them, so feel free to store them anywhere that is convenient for you. They come in regular blister packaging that you can see through, and it is easy to open. It's awesome that EF carries these, but you can find these at pretty much any store.

I try to avoid disposable batteries as much as possible, but these days, they are pretty much a necessity. Personally, I recommend sticking to rechargeables, or better yet, a rechargeable toy!

How does Eden's batteries compare to say, Duracells, or other brands of batteries? Do they last a long time compared, the same, less time?

How are these batteries different than batteries one may buy at the local store?

These are pricey, even compared to rechargables.

Did you gals read the review or miss info? She states they ARE Duracell. Not sure why the picture doesn't show that.

  • Packaging for Batteries
    • I'd really like to know what packaging the AA batteries 4-pack comes in. The picture doesn't show. I've bought the N batteries, and those came in your "traditional" cardboard backing with plastic on front, but then I bought C batteries and they were just four C batteries rolled into a plastic baggie.

I want to purchase these to donate to the local women's shelter, but they'll only accept unwrapped items, so I need to know if it comes in "normal" battery packaging or if it will just be batteries in a plastic baggie. Anyone know?
    • I've purchases this numerous times and they've always come traditionally packaged.
    • The packaging is a thin cardboard square with the plastic shell on the front holding the batteries like when you buy batteries from the store. The cardboard is really generic without any brand name on it. It just says "alkaline batteries" and it's black with white letters... but the batteries are indeed Duracell's and they have the name on them.

      Hope that helps.
