Warm, But Not So Intense

Overall, the Warming Gel was not quite strong enough for my liking, but it was still enjoyable. This product is definitely better suited for those looking for mild sensations or those with extreme sensitivity in their clit to begin with. Even then, I'm not quite sure the price tag is worth the size of the bottle, although it is meant to be used sparingly.

Use

The Kama Sutra Intensifying Warming Gel is a product that is specifically designed for women, so I'm not sure what, if anything, it would do for men.

It comes in a very small bottle and is definitely not intended as a lubricant, although it is water-based. In my opinion the product is most beneficial for foreplay to heighten sensation and create a warming feeling.

This product probably works more intensely on those who already have a very sensitive clit, and as an aid for those who are less sensitive in that area. Although, it can be re-applied to create a stronger sensation if necessary.

The Warming Gel is hypoallergenic and leaves behind no stains.

However it does contain sugars, so I would not recommend it for use with penetration as this can cause infections or irritation.

Here is the complete list of ingredients:

Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sucrose, Polysorbate 80, Flavor, Methyl Salicylate, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Cinnamal, Arginine, Ornithine, Serenoa Serrulate Fruit Extract, Turnera Diffusa Leaf Extract, Aric Montana, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Benzoate, Methylparaben

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Although it is referred to as a Warming Gel, it has a runny consistency. This is not a huge problem as it is not a lubricant. After being rubbed in it feels a bit thicker and has a slightly sticky feeling to it.

We had to re-apply it a couple of times to both increase the sensation and because it dripped before it had finished absorbing.

Taste / Aroma

The Warming Gel does not have a particularly strong flavor. In fact, for the most part it is odorless and tasteless.

Although the package lists Orange Oil as one of the ingredients, it does not taste like orange. The hint of flavor that is there tastes more like cherry. The scent is the same.

The product also creates a decent warming sensation on your tongue. I liked it, but it may take some people a while to get used to.

Performance

When initially applied it was hard to gauge exactly what the Warming Gel was doing. At first there was no sensation whatsoever. The sensitivity and slight warming feeling seemed to increase with time as the product continued absorbing into the skin.

After several applications due to dripping (and me being impatient), the warmth started to set in. It was not as blatantly warm as other warming lubricants I have used. The feeling was much more subtle and dispersed.

The Warming Gel seems to shine the most when used for oral sex. I found that the product does respond to being blown on, and this was probably when the sensation of heat was most intense and enjoyable. It also helped my clit respond to softer touches more intensely.

Overall, it didn't create any absolutely amazing moments, but it was enjoyable. It would be perfect for someone looking to gently add stimulation.

Packaging

The product comes in a small red cardboard box, with the typical Kama Sutra logo and design. The package contains an instruction sheet, written in several languages, with a basic explanation of how to use the product and a list of ingredients. The box is cute, and I will be using as storage for the tube.

The small size of both the tube and the box make it easy to discreetly hide in necessary.
Follow-up commentary
We don't hate this product, but it is extremely forgettable. After using it a couple of times and experiencing no amazingly intense sensations, we tend not to even think about it.

So, while it didn't leave me with any horrible associations, it's also kind of a pricey product to just end up sitting at the bottom of the toy chest. Luckily, I received it free of charge.

Good review. I haven't liked many of the warming stuff we've tried and this doesn't sound great either.

Thanks for reading! The only warming product I have found that actually does warm is Emotion Lotion, oddly enough, considering it's a relatively cheap product.
