This product was instant warmth, It is cute and easy and reusable. You can use it again and again. It work instantly, and it was nice a warm very quickly. It dosn't get too hot and it stayed warm for a very long time. My husband and I used it as a heat pack for massages. It was nice and small and fit in my hand so it made it very very nice to use for massages. A little lotion and it would slip and slid gentaly everywhere!!

It looks extremely cute and very small. The material is smooth, but when you use it for a massage it catches. So, if you want to use it for massages, use some lotion or body oil to make it slip and slide. Hold on to it or it might slip right out of your hands. I would not recommend using warming oil since the product warms up! the product itself does not have a smell to it, but as soon as you press the indicator button or nub it changes color and you can hear it react! It is pretty cool to feel it warm up in your hands!

When my husband used it to give massages to warm up my knots it felt amazing! It helps relax me. In the shower messages are great to. I also threw it in the bottom of my bag on cold days to warm up my hands siting at the bus stop, or waiting out side for Black Friday. This little thing is so useful. You can use it for so many people. I bought two to put in my sons gloves to warm up his hands when we played in the snow, and had them in his boots to keep his feet warm. Beware they can pop. Just saying.

To activate these, you just click the metal disk inside the heart. I had to do some research to figure out what was inside these, but it is actually just plain salt.when you click the metal disk it causes a chemical reaction which turns the salt solid. The process of crystallizing the salt again creates a lot of heat. ( chemistry in the works) As the heat wears off, the heart will slowly become stiffer and more solid. How long the heat itself will last will vary depending upon the use of the heart.



For cleaning, us warm water and some soap and make sure to pat dry! Do not apply too much pressure! As I said before, it will pop, as in break, This will leak. It will burn due to the chemical reaction to the salt and metal disk. To reuse it you have to boil it, boil can take 8-10 mintues depending.

This toy is not at all suitable for insertion anywhere on you body!
