Intimate Kisses is oil based. It however does not have an oil taste to it. The texture is a little hard to describe. It is close to a syrup consistency but a little runnier. It is easy to pour, but does come out of the glass potion bottle fast. I prefer to pour a little bit directly into my mouth and then use my mouth to spread it over my partner. Intimate Kisses is surprisingly not greasy at all for it being oil based. It is very slick and glides well all over body and absorbs really nicely. It doesn't leave a sticky surface after being licked away.

We chose Strawberries and Champagne and the taste and scent are both delectable. Oh so so good. We both have enjoyed the taste very much. It is so yummy. The aroma is very mild as well. It was not too overpowering for my partner, which is always important. It isn't too sweet. It actually tastes really good. We pour it directly into our mouths to apply each other with it. The strawberry taste is more noticeable than the champagne. I think it is a excellent combination of the two flavors.

The possibilities of this little bottle is really something amazing. We do use it orally, but we are not sensitive to Oil or Glycerin. If either ingredient irritates you, do not purchase this product as in contains both. Also, do not use this as a lubricant with sex toys that are not compatible with Oil based products.

It can be stored in the tin or on a stand. Be careful not to tip it over, the cork does not seal the bottle and it can leak and stain whatever it lands on because it is oil based.
