Intimate Kisses is oil based. It however does not have an oil taste to it. The texture is a little hard to describe. It is close to a syrup consistency but a little runnier. It is easy to pour, but does come out of the glass potion bottle fast. I prefer to pour a little bit directly into my mouth and then use my mouth to spread it over my partner.
