Eden toy and body wipes - wipes discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by karay123

I first received these All Purpose Wet Wipes by EdenFantasys as my free gift with purchase (as many of us have). They are a great promotional reminder of what an awesome place Eden is.

From the package, these wipes:
- do not contain alcohol
- are gentle on your skin
- are safe for toys
- are for external use only

There are 10 wipes per pack. The wipes themselves are soft, somewhat thin and have a very fresh, clean smell to them. They measure 8" x 7.5", a decent size for toy clean-up. While their texture reminds me a bit of the flushable wipes I buy for the bathroom, these ARE NOT flushable. The opening is resealable to keep in moisture, and there is a "born on" date on the back.

Ingredients: Water, Chlorhexidine, Glycerin, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil.

Chlorhexidine is a chemical antiseptic, so this is what is doing the cleaning. As the package states, these wipes do not contain alcohol, which is normal the cleaning agent in such products.

The glycerin could aggravate some users as it has the potential to cause bladder infections. Such individuals may want to avoid using the wipes on their bodies, or possibly avoid using them altogether. The glycerin also has the potential to leave residue. However, I have not had any issues with that.

When traveling, these are so easy to bring along. They are very travel friendly! However, if you're trying to "go green", these are not the product for you because they're going right into the trash. They are single-use only and not reusable.




My big complaint (only complaint, actually) is the per-wipe cost. At $4.99 for 10 sheets, that's 50 cents per sheet. That's a lot. Fortunately, all my purchases have kept me with plenty of wipes so that I rarely need to purchase them.

I love having these wipes at the ready for when we're done with playtime. If it weren't for these, I'd be using a big tub of baby wipes which would take up much more bedside real estate.

They are only used on my toys, though. I prefer to go to the bathroom to do any personal cleaning. That said, I have used them on my hands. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues.

How can I not still like these wipes!?! They're great, handy and do the job! They're my #1 free gift choice!
